How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Proper diet, gym and Jogging are the best ones.

Yes I agree! Just people need to learn how to eat right...reduce carbohydrates like sugar, pasta and bread and add more fruits and veggies

I think its not easy to lose weight in short time, firstly you have to make your habit of morning walk and also quit sweets, sugar and fast food this may help you to gain more weight, just try to do daily exercise to burn your fat and eat healthy food with low calories only so this may help you in reducing weight.

I've been watching simply rhaze a youtuber and her husband is trying to lose weight, what they do is they order  a meal in light and easy it is a website, the food are healthy and low calories the food are packed and labeled for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. I think it helps because as i can see in her every video his husband become skinny.
