Find what motivates the person. usually its somehing they like ( money , vacations or maybe encouragement) when you find what motivates that person you give him a goal and when he achieves it you reward him with the thing he likes , maybe a money bonus, a vacation for a week or maybe something completely different from what i said.

No one should refuse a higher salary. Getting more money and rewards would be the best and most excellent method of motivation. It is impossible for a person to live entirely on the spirit.

In my opinion, first of all, a person should have a purpose other than money. Secondly, the working conditions

Only discipline is better than motivation. Otherwise, you can look at pictures, read success stories, set yourself goals
It's different. A person that works without motivation, despite being disciplined, he'll only show constant workforce as he work.

While a motivated person, he can do more than the usual workforce that he does as he works.

Mark Manson said in The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*** that motivation breeds work but that it also works in reverse, forcing yourself to work can actually make you more motivated.

Only struggle can move forward, struggle can produce results, and be close to your dreams. Dreams are what you expect. No one can do this for you. Grin

For some people struggle is a good motivation, they are looking for the hard way and take the reward with both hands. In most o would say that money is the main motivation for work. Once we are in difficult times like we are right now, people start to value materialistic things much more. Without money we are lost in this world. After money I would say that having the feeling of being needed is important too.

You need to dream and then need to work towards it. Because once you get passionate about it then you will ensure that you achieve your goals. As it is said that dreams are those which does not allow you to sleep till the time you achieve it of what you have dreamt of.

It is nothing more than material and spiritual rewards. The key is to understand the person's values. Values determine the person's value orientation, that is, what kind of reward is more valuable in his mind, so that he will have a greater sense of accomplishment after completion.

Yes, the power of inspiration (motivation) is very great. Just motivation alone can do incredible things. And you yourself do not expect from yourself what you can really do. Look for motivation yourself in everything that surrounds you (films, someone's words, some situations, etc.) and believe in other people next to you, your sincere support will help them reach great heights!

......with incentives
No that sounds Bribery and that wont Help a Worker to progress in good faith because they will always look for specific amount before they will do their Bests .

I have been an employee for many years and believe me , Incentives only pushes us to look for more and more before giving our best.

Give certain rewards to stimulate internal competition among employees. I am currently stimulated employees.
So this will be a competition to earn more? lol that is not work but a Game show.

We must give more compliments to employees and make them feel that they are recognized, so as to urge them to work for the company.

When employees complete a certain job, the most important thing is to get the affirmation from their superiors, which will motivate them to continue to work better.

To create a healthy and ambitious working evironment. You need to know your employees needs. From there you figure out what is required for each individual to create motivation.
Some want high salary, some want a good meal payed by the employer. Some wants to work at specific hours. Theres so much variation in peoples perspectives. You  literally just gotta ask them, and then decide if its worth to follow up on their request.
Just dont accept any ridicolous terms which could cause a negative effect on the company in the long run.
If people dont feel well. Then they shouldnt be allowed to come to work, as this will affect the other workers negatively aswell. And that "feeling bad" while having/being forced to work, will cause a negative imprint in their subcounciesness as they can start to feel trapped with said work. Which then leads to less overall motivation from that individual.

Also random smalltalk for a few minuttes from time to time shows great outcome. Espcially with the more hard labour workers.
If you have an emplpyee whos been pummelin iron for 3 hours, who still has 5 hours left of pummeling before going home. Grab a hold of him a take him out for a totally random 5 minutte break which he dont expect. Do the small talk and show your thanks a respect.

Tldr: know your employees wants & needs. Do general micromanagement

What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.

I can give an example about how I get motivated to focus on my work. There is a very important thing that helps me be focused, having hobbies. When I do something different that I like, I become happier because of not having a monotone life. And it affects me in a good way while I'm doing my job.
