If one already know and experiencing how proud and joyful it is when we got money on our own, and how valuable we are, then the notivation would be grown automatically. Plus, if we have people we love who deoending on us to guarantee their lives, esp our spouse, childreen, parents..

Your reasoning might work with someone who is short of cash. But it will never work with someone who gets handouts from his parents or friends. In such cases, the individual will just sit at home, enjoying booze or weed rather than going out for work.

Success stories can often give a good incentive for a long period of time. This does not mean that you just have to repeat the actions of the author of the book. Simply, you can see that there are situations much worse than yours, and if the author was able to do it, then you also can. Just need to say to yourself: "And what makes me worse than this man? I can also, or even better. "

You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
Give thatpeople to a multiple reasons for doing what they want to do. You need to motivate them,because motivation is about moving people to act in a way that achieves a spicific and immidiate goal.

Motivation coming from work conditions first of all. If your people like to work with you and place where they work it's good already, salary is also matter.

This is the great contribution of everyone in the community. Everyone has motivated themselves to improve their character and work. Leadership in a small group , if the leader of a group , he himself motivates their staff to be a good employee and improve their work. They know how to appreciate the employees and not abusing their position . Instead , use it in a good way that he/she himself would be a good example to their group. Such leadership motivates everyone.

Motivation is a key thing and it is very much needed in our society.
that's true but the question is how to motivate a person  Cheesy
motivating a person can be done in a lot of ways like giving an incentive to an employee from the work he/she done before the deadline or punishment can be use as well to force someone to do their job although i prefer the positive ones since this could give a better relationship to your employees.

To motivate a person to work and to give his best in any task assigned to him, first is giving him the salary equivalent to his position,  second,  providing him benefits such as mandatory government benefits,  insurance,  medical benefits. If you can give him transportation and clothing allowance the better and other benefits that will improve his life status. If he exceed in his target and did an excellent job, recognize it and reward him. You also need to verbally express your appreciation to him. A tap on his back will also motivate him. Giving a treat to one person is also of great help. Always show to them that their job is important. Without their part the company will not be successful. Without them,  you cannot accomplish the project. Always make them feel they are important to you,  to the company or to the group.

It seems to me that to motivate a person, he must love you or be in love. Then a person will do a lot for you.

Do you have heard or read about Maslow's hierarchy of needs? One of the top motivator is Maslow's self actuation; the feeling of doing something that feels you complete or you have fulfilled something. If one have a willing and desire to do the job without even being paid but just to prove that they can do it and the output could b great that is actuation. You don't even need to push someone to do the job if they feel they need to do it. So rather delegating other to do the job, you could just ask first who wants to do the job.

Essentially it's life need to eat, well to buy eat need money, money earned with work, so there is no reason not to work, because it all to ourselves

To motivate an employee you should appreciate when he/she does something right. Sometimes financially encourage. But what really matters is an inner motivation of an employee. If there isn't any, nothing will help

where do we see the success of others from the work, there is our motivation is moved to more spirit lagi.juga factors also can underlie that. and when we see the family members who need us, there will also emerge the motive for more diligent work.

Poverty & Starvation.. those two are the biggest motivator to a person for work
I dont know what it takes for a parasite to work beside depending on other person

Appreciation is what everyone wants after hard work. Do that as it motivates them.
