What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
Work what you want do with your passion that will motivate any person.
You need to know what this person wants. And show him how he will approach his goal with the help of this work. And show so that he believed. And for this you yourself must believe in it.
I think to motivate people, the best way is to set an example for them to follow willingly.
I do not totally agree on this, some people in their work are not good and if you are continually allowing them to do that for sure they will not improve and will not be good at their job. Just teach them and provide motivation like a promotion for them to improve their performance.
Now I have a motivated desire to work in order to become successful for my family. The first dream came true. My mom did not have an apartment, at the end of this year I will have a very cool gift for her.) It remains only to finish the repair.
When a person does a good job,we must encourage him and it is our duty to show him a wrong error in his work.As a result,he will be encouraged in the work and he can do a lot of good work.
Certainly there is someone who encourages us that makes us work more, that's what motivates us most. If we know our mistakes, we will work hard to avoid mistakes in the future. Having people around us affects us a lot
Just keep telling them that you also can be one of the millionaired by working hard for now,just repeat this lie to everyone in as truth then they will start motivate themselves to work hard.

Mistakes is part of being human because nothing is perfect in this world.To motivate person we must let them do what they think is right and then if they fail thats the time we will interfere and tell them something that might make that mistakes right

Honestly i can’t even motivate myself to do something these days so i’m not sure if i can help someone to do what they need. But it’s always nice to watch inspiring people, they keep doing their best every single day and running around with a happy face. I wish i could be like them. I guess i still need to work on myself to feel motivated, after that i might also inspire others.
When you watch those successful people they should be the reason for you to be inspired and motivated because you say that you would like to be like them. You got to create some goals and work twords them so that you wake up motivated every day to achieve something. If you wake up and do the same thing everyday then don't expect motivation to suddenly appear in your life.

Above all things, set your goals. Goals will lead you to enjoy your work. And then your work will become your hobby. So start from today.

I usually motivate my own self by talking to myself and saying "you can do it! remember, people are expecting something from you, you are enough and you're worth everything, think about your dreams and your futures, you are a magnificent piece" something like those motivating words, it works for me but im not sure if it will work for you.
I think a person should see a result and goals. If a person works for something bigger than the monthly salary, there will be motivation.
I think this is conditional, if you find a guy that is not motivated to work usually you need to dig deeper - assuming the pay is as per industry standard. There are other factors that matter to a person like sense of achievement, recognition, growth opportunity, etc which employer needs to acknowledge and facilitate.
There is a way to motivate people in their work that not only has to do with increasing their salary, but in giving them freedom, that is, the person at their work can listen to music, watch TV if they want, but as long as they comply with Your goals, is something like what Google applies to its workers, I think that's the way it's best because people get out of the routine that all work always offers.

It seems that these 2 things, motivation for work and good salary usually don't come together.
So, many times we have to chose what is more important for us, good salary or to be happy.
If I do a job that does not motivate me I try to find at least something what can makes me happy, like cafe break, new friendship, listen some musuc etc.

For a good motivation, the important thing is to be clear that this person can grow in their work, that is a very good motivation, plus some bonuses for doing extra work is a good option, the best motivation will always be to offer more money, if there is that possibility will always be the workers improving.
