Once i helped a person to visit a psychiatric doctor and related to this topic he said to that woman: My dear, if you dont work then you will have no food and will die. Is sounds cruel but if even your own death doesn't motivate you, then it's hopeless.
Raise the salary of your employees and they will work harder without a doubt.
I believe motivating your people and making them happy is very important.
Work as a team and make sure to work together as a team and not just as boss to motivate them.
Either with money or give them an ultimatum. Everyone needs a place to sleep and food to eat.
Motivation is to encourage someone to do something or action. To motivate a person must convey something that will be achieved apabilan implement it.

I think that it depends on the person.To motivate perhaps a good salary and good working conditions,but if it is uninteresting to work more then no motivation will help
Motivation is about moving people to act in a way that achieves a specific and immediate goal. You should offer them something they want in return if you want to motivate your people to do something they may not necessarily want to do. It would be nice if you could give your people extra days off or even bonus. But things being what they are these days, the best you may be able to offer is the hope that no one will lose a job.

What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
Give them words that can uplift their working experience. Also, give them credit on their job. Additional salary is necessary. Allow them to breath and have a lively environment so that they won't feel like working but enjpying their daily lives.
Employer should offer the right incentives that will impact the employee's personal brain and personal types to keep them mentally and emotionally invested in doing their best. The compensation depends with their contribution. If an employee have done tremendous amount of work on their own, don't expect them to be happy if you reward the whole team.

Motivation is no longer needed by the strong. It is needed by the weak. Although strong person can be weak one day. Work is a kind of responsibility that some does not like it. Work is stressful and can burn out your peaceful life. It can change your life from comfort zone to war zone.

For me to motivate a person to work, they must show success in their work. To be successful in your job, you need to have adequate assets. Expensive jewelry items. For example, expensive watches, iphone phones, designer clothing, etc., have a flashy life. level. The special explanation for that person is that thanks to diligent work to achieve the expected property.
Give them an incentive to work hard and reward them for completing their task at the end of it all.
