If you want to motivate person to work  you may want to offer stronger insentive , bonus and I think if  your employees are getting paid enough. Treat the employees with dignity and respect.

If you deserve salary you have to focus on your work. That is the professional, i think. No matter what you have motivative or not you have to be a professional, don't you think so?

What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
first of all to motivate a person is to compensate well,  reward and recognize. make the work place radiate postively at the end of the day no job is easy but you'd be motivated to go to work even though if its stressful if your superioirs/management don't add up to the stress and recognizes your hardwork instead of being another stress factor for their employees.

Motivating or giving advice to someone is easy, not as easy as doing it. So what we expect from someone is not in accordance with our wishes. The important thing is we have provided motivation or direction, so that someone can be better.

     In my opinion, Motivation from your loved ones such as family, friends, lovers, your idol, or a celebrity makes people confident and have belief in their selves that they can really do something they want because they can admire them. Inspiring people is one of the best way to motivate them, just like a leader you have to motivate your member and be a good role model to them to follow you. Trust is also one way to motivate a person. You have to trust his potential and always say positive thoughts to him.

Appreciate the persons effort nor matter how little they are.Let the person know that whatever he/she does is equally important to the growth of the businness.

Either with money or give them an ultimatum.  Everyone needs a place to sleep and food to eat.

You're not really motivating they, you are just extorting them and most studies say that the happier is the worker the better the performance and results he give to the business.
To motivate someone you just have to make him/her believe that what is he/she doing is valuable for him/her.

Work is not only for payment factors. To do more work we should good behavior with the workers. To encourage the employees, appreciate their work, support them different ways. It will take a extra benefit if you give them bonus and extra day off. Emergency vacation and when employees in trouble help them to manage the situation.

In my opinion, work motivation is the reason that encourages employees to work in the company. By knowing the motivation of work owned by your employees, you can get to know them better. Keep in mind what motivates every employee to work. Of course, excellent work motivation is owned by an employee, because employees are forced or with their own conscience to compete with co-workers in order to achieve their career goals. I will share how we motivate our employees to work better: Create a positive, fun work atmosphere, appreciate a little performance improvement, listen and appreciate new employees' ideas, build trust between you and employees, provide fair incentives or bonuses, plan meetings and refresh together, encourage employees to continue to learn and grow, explain the role of employees to the company and more importantly the motivation to feel financially secure with monthly salary.
Employees have a diverse work motivation so diversity of motivation is not necessarily debated because essentially everyone is different, what matters is that they work well for the company's progress. thank you

To help a person to work effectively and efficiently, you've got to have a good and right relationship.. a good leader know how make things right for his employee He live by the standard and know where to lead his subordinate to where they suppose to be and that spell...GROWTH.

If that's my coworker, then I really don't care. But if it my friend or member of my family, I would ask him first if there is something wrong. I'll comfort him because you will sense that he must be going through tough times so let him release that burden.
