Appreciation, recognition, acknowledgement, awards and salary that fit the expertise of the worker. Good working environment good relationships to co workers and especially to your boss.
giving that person a job that every suitable and high salaries, surely he will get motivation by himself.
That's right sir, this is one of the strategies of every company, to motivate their employees, not just only in the verbal but in the incentives like high salaries and promotion.
I motivate the person , using the word of God, I say you are not alone , God is here for you ,for us, he never leaves us , if you have a problem he is with you, if you are down, weak he gives in you the strength because he loves us. And therefore they afford you more so you.
As an employer or a manager in a certain company, in order to motivate a person to his/her designated work you need to be approachable and willing to impart skills and knowledge to improve their capabilities in order to contribute a lot of success to your company, give them a good salary and benefits.
Everyone is working for money or everyone wants money in their lives. Hence, giving your employees bonuses, incentives and credits for the work that they do.
Create a rapport amongst your employees to motivate them. If you are always sitting in your cabin and giving orders then your employees might not perform....
First,appreciate them in what they have and what they give. Because appreciation is the first thing to do to motivate a person to work.

Ensure that your employees feel that their work and efforts is an important contribution to the company’s success. Remember to always keep an ‘open-door’ policy and have an approachable management team.
If you have a personal goal, all things can be possible. If you reach your goal, it could have a next goal to your life. All person that success was they have a goal, a goal that they do work hard to hold. A life can be nothing without a goal like a ball in the soccer that you need to goal. The ball was your work and the goal was your dream, so you are the only one who control to the ball if you need to score it or not. It can also helped you by your team mates or friends to achieve what your dream are.

There are only three ways to motivate people - money, fear, and hunger.

There are people that always think in negativity. Even you do all things just for them, even you sacrifices everything including your own life, and what things so ever you do just for them, all is for them at the end they will interpret it bad. What the problem on that? People will not appreciate your hard work and effort until such time they will in the very place of yours. Do encouraging even they won't not listen. Do good even they won't not accept it good. Do better even they are bitter. Motivation is not easy, it requires a full courageous heart to act.

Good compensation package with good benefits (government mandated and/or fringe benefits) for employees, travel perks, incentives, bonuses, good environment at work, good manager and/or supervisor are some of the considerations that can motivate a person to work.

Because the way a person's mind is different, what we want is not necessarily others want it.
If I become a motivator I will only allow them to do what can make them comfortable, provided that all work must be done

There is no need for motivation for a person to work, it should be automatically their responsibility to perform such duties as a human being with everyday needs like daily sustenance for food,clothing,shelter and other things that make a person useful for their family and community.. Its just an excuse of an individual to refuse to work and just wait for a miracle or rely on other people that makes his life more unproductive and dull. That is the reality of life. We need to earn money by working to support our way of life and to provide for our family.
I think is someone is up to age and refuses to work, the best way to motivate that person is using he's/ her age mate who are working and living a comfortable life as example he/she will realise if he/she does the same he/she will be like them too

We do not need motivation to work, we need to work to earn and to live. To live in abundance is enough motivation already for us to work.
motivating people intrinsically to work for themselves is one of the best ways to motivate them to work. Make people aware how they are the ones who enjoy their success the most. it is important to also identify their strengths and commend them on good job done.
