We can not be extremists to the point of judging with negative thinking in relation to an ICO, also we can not judge their losses and describe their failures. oh, c'mon dude.. you have to do research before investing in any ICO. Personally, I only trust at least top 15 ICO and I would not take the risk for a new or never heard ICO. I will do my research 1st before engaging in any kinds of investment which is new to me. Just do some research and learn from the others experience or mistake so you will avoid a big loss.
