I feel you because at my first experience with altscoins the same happened to me but don't worry to much and next time try to invest only what you can afford to loose and also try to cut the looses if you see the prices keep going down.
All you can do in this situation is to just hodl your alts and wait for them to reach the sufficient value and sell them to your desire. You have just risked your bitcoin, you should probably take care of your alts.
btw. thats not a bad choices :-) so hodl ... especially siacoin can skyrocket when they deliver planned features :-)

That is why it is not advisable to put all of your money in a single investment. It is much better to sacttered it and invest in different coins in order to get some profit and cover the losses from other coins in case the market are down.
I hope that you managed to restore your capital. The market began to recover and many alternative coins grew several times. Now is a good time to earn.

Like most people would tell you, especially in the extent you have put yourself in at the moment, go for the wiser and safer choice, and that is none other than to hold. You may not know that the altcoins you bought may be prosperous in time, that it can give you more that what you invested for. However, you must be ready and patient for how much time you would need to actually realize a return. Remember that altcoin investments may take months to more than a year, and judging by the amount you traded for, I think that you got a couple of coins in your hands. And also, you won't actually go after them if didn't have any good reason to. So, just keep at it mate.
If you have a strong feeling that the altcoins you have bought will still recover, then just hold it for a few months, we never know you might still recover your capital. But if you feel that ot is just going down and down, sell now before you loose everything of your capital.

You just have to keep your altcoins, wait for the best time to sell. I had a similar situation. Until you sold them you lost. Be patient and it will reward.
So sorry for your loss. What you can do now is to learn from whatever mistakes you made by investing in those altcoins and make sure you do not repeat them again. There really is not much you can do but you can try to actually get your points back but making better choices. Lastly, be very careful about the coins that you invest your money into, I cannot stress this enough.
If i were in your place, i would never ask peoples to help me.You did invest because you wanted to earn, so you lost money.Thats normal, Now you only need hodling or maybe day trading, if you are smart/lucky enough.. you would get your capital back.
That is true. Learn from your mistakes and make sure that you don't commit the same mistake again. There's nothing wrong with asking for pointers on how to trade specially if you are asking those who are knowledgeable but still at the end of the day it is yo who will decide if you Buy or Sell. Also, never follow those pump and dump groups. 
if you lose a lot of your better hold until you recover your losses because most of the losers of the altcoins they have bought them hold it long until they lose or recover their losses even if it's been a few months or years if it's over It's just a matter of your loser that you can do nothing but just hold it to get it back
You have to be patient and patient waiting for it at a higher value than the current price, even though the price is now starting up again, for us you better keep it at a higher level in the next few months, so I do not think you will not lose your investment .

I think you just needed to take some rest and forget your trading activity for a while, release those stress which giving you a hard time,
spend more time with your family or have a day off and go out have some fun

You should have set your target prices for your gains and losses first and foremost. And last never buy altcoins on their peak prices man, specially if those coins are not that established enough for long term invesments.

Even if you lost 100% of your assets, then this is no reason to stop. The market is volatile and gives you the opportunity to make money at all times. You need to somehow again earn initial capital and continue to deal with crypto currencies.
not stratis but siacoin and dgb were pump dump coins during last year. I think it is not a good idea to just hold them. it is better to sell when it is a bit up and collect more when it is dumped.
