Trading is not an easy Job to make money, even at offline there is a huge stress. If you consider it as stress then definitely you will be losing money with your patience. In trading we need to have enough patience in order to reach our targets otherwise, you will start losing money.

For me 3 reasons are simply:
The first is that I see money falling.
The second is because I am not confident in this transaction very much.
The third thing is that somehow I'm waiting for the opportunity to make a stronger business earn more than the present.

1) Too much stress.

Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

2) Too much time.

Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.

3) I started playing blockchain games (not gambling).

It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

UPD:

I've noticed a lot of questions about blockchain games. Here is my games list on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

If you are tired of the crypto market . You should earn a paid job. leisurely, no pressure, the end of the month you get salary. Financial markets do not accept hasty people if you continue like that you just make shark bait.

I know your pain. It is very hard to find a work/life balance if you are trading. Tension and stress are there too. I am trying to trade just a little bit to have time for my family and full-time job as it is very absorbing.

I tried trading but I find it means you end up sitting in front of a screen 10 - 12 hours a day which is not good for you at all. I prefer to just buy and hold and wait for appropriate movements in a coin to cash out. It is far less time consuming and far less stressful.

You can relief your trading stress by using a higher timeframe to at least deal with the price volatility associated with using a lower timeframe that is why you are prone to checking price values constantly lower timeframe are too unstable and without a definite pattern of movement thus very difficult to trade.

I agree, too much time and effort are dealing with trading, it could give you a lot of stress in the process, especially when your portfolio is not going anywhere based on results. I think many already quit and decide for a hodlers strategy. Buy bulk when its low and wait for it when its go high, no stress waiting for it to clean up the market destabilization. Im not a full time trader, but sometime I win and more often, I loss. See the trend more losing than winning, however we talking about bulk here. Let say i lose many times like 10x but the total loss was 5k. I win 2x but the accumulated profit was 25k. Still a win win right?

I got your point. First, you got stress for watching the price which could not increase higher and makes you cannot get a profit. It is natural, and I guess we have the same experience. Second, finally, you can attract your mind to do something else that makes you forget for a while about trading, and you did good activities by playing the blockchain games. It is what we need to do if we feel that trading cannot give much profit in a day or a month and we need to find out another activity so we can prevent from the stress.

Trading is also a gamble itself since you put risks on your money considering the limited time frame you trade. It is also hard always keep looking at the values in your phone or in your computer making you anxious whether your having profits or losing your money. In conclusion it takes patience and a lot of time being a trader so I would say a no to it.

If you actually these reasons of yours are more than logical to give up on everything, all well and good. Although, I will still rather suggest you have a rethink and see a possibility of letting things interest you again. However, you may have to cut some things off; I.e, the idea of checking over and over again is not logical enough. Just take things easy, am sure you find your lost joy again.

If you trade a coin you should know every aspect of it and you have to already know its price movements for last months or year. Then you start to understand its limits and so you will not control it 20 times a day. In addition, I think, there are few coins compatible for daily trade.

LOL! These are very good reasons for quitting the trading game

You can day trade quite successfully if you have enough experience but one mishap and a lot of your profits can vanish in one go so the argument for simply settling for a well balanced portfolio and waiting patiently for returns really does have merit in this scenario

Basically, you stop trading because of that 3 main reason that you've listed. In my opinion, trading is a very effective way of accumulating coins that has a potential to become profitable in a span of time. In order to gain success with this, a crypto users should continue and become patient in doing such business.

Financial Trading is one of the hardest professions of mankind, whichever asset class it involves, so it's perfectly understandable that

you don't like it and prefer other ways to benefit from and enjoy cryptos, I applaud your candor & good sense.

Completely agree (except for playing blockchain games... I've never tried that). I used to stress about the market and check on my favorite trading pairs constantly. And now I mainly just HODL and invest my crypto.

Obviously you just have no profit from day trading that's why you quit, only newbies think like this. I prefer trading because for me it's not stress and takes not so much time as you said before.
