1) Too much stress.

Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

2) Too much time.

Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.

3) I started playing blockchain games.

It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

YES, trading is a constant stress if you do not have a system and an algorithm. You need to have strong nerves for survive.

I'm going to continue your list:

4) Only professional traders make deals with a profit

5) Basically principles of technical analysis don't work in crypto

6) Whales control this market

So, once again, it is very difficult to be a trader on cryptomarket.

Lol I have the same experience like you dude but i can control all of my emotion right now. if you are selling your coin when the price is so cheap and then you put a lot of hope to see the price will be dumping even lower.

But what do you mean about blockchain game? did you mean about gambling?

Too much time to exert in crypto will make you bored , and tired then it is also very stressful , so must be ready with self motivation to overcome this stressfull work , but because of the huge income then it is worthy .

Trading is very attractive, not only need to invest time but must include the effort and the right decision at any time!
But if it is successful, it is a very attractive investment

Sure that trading and bounty are taking much more time, because you actually work. I do not know a lot of blockchain games, but of crypto kitties, but I think, that you cannot earn so much coins as by doing bounties or trading.

I stopped doing trading on my fifth try because I cannot keep up, there's to many time to spend looking at the chart  I am done doing that instead, I focused on bounty campaign, it's more profitable but takes time to really reap the rewards compare to trading it;s much easier.

Yes, too much stress is of course true if with trading you go to a minus of the current, the mood always disappears. You have to sit at a computer all day and watch cryptocurrency courses to earn anything. If there is a bot, it simplifies trading, but sometimes you have to place orders yourself.

you really don't need to check the coin price that much if you are a trader, because you can set up a buy and sell bot for it,
or you can also make long term investments. For you to be stress-free.
Gambling or playing using crypto is a much higher risk than trading, but if you really enjoy it, we are not the one to judge.

It is a pity that you got into such a situation! I also did not quite long ago in this market, but this did not happen to me because I chose the HODL strategy and was willing to wait a long time! For an inexperienced person, trading on the exchange is a huge stress with big losses !

many people are caught up in stress like you, and I will experience it, but I have not stopped, maybe you see this is a folly that continues, I only learn a little every time I endure trading, like not expecting too high prices, and not entangled with excessive panic, a little patience to get the right price
