It has been quite days for ICOBID. We all missed the action in exchange then and the upcoming updates. Hope Pioneer will appear again bringing some good news for this project.

Where can i get the latest icobid wallet? And how to set it up? I'm having an old version and it is not syncing my wallet. Somebody help me out with this one, kindly.
Snipped and quoted from the main post. You can now download and install the latest wallet suitable for your device (Windows, Mac, Linux). Instructions were written well below as well. Just be sure to back up your wallet.dat before deleting the old icob folder or else you'll lose your coins.
For anyone who is running an old version wallet please follow this guide:

- Open Roaming folder with this search: %appdata%
- Delete ICOBID folder
- Run new wallet
- Restore your wallet with the backup file
+ Copy your backup file (yourbackupfile.dat) to ICOBID folder on Roaming
+ Delete file wallet.dat
+ Rename yourbackupfile.dat into wallet.dat
+ Reopen the wallet
Did all this, but the wallet is still out of sync and no connection to icobid network.

and save as - use the filename: icobid.conf - save as type: All Files - click Save
I had the same problem before, I just try and try the steps until it worked
Thanks man! Now there are 2 active connections to icobid network, and the wallet is syncing.

What's up with Pioneer, saw he was last active on the 3rd of August. Is there another channel where he gives updates, because o n here it's like a ghost town. We were supposed to get updates after the Bitcoin fork. 
I can only assume he's been extremely busy behind the scenes with new developments.
I hope he is, there had been not much of activity here. I have been holding my ICOBID for several months now and I am tempted to dump them at the exchange. Though I think I need to wait for a bit more and see what is this mid August news. I am still hoping that this coin to flourish and its project be realized.

Is there something wrong with the windows desktop wallet (latest version)? I've been using it for weeks now but today Malwarebytes blocked it and detected it as malicious. The wallet seems to work and stake, it's just that being detected is unusual (1st time to be honest). Does anyone else noticed the same?

I think they are in the works developing the ICOB-Waves token, we might see a swap in the coming months or days but developing two token at the same time will take a lot of time and effort.what do you mean two token? is there any plans for swap again, coz what I know the swap was already finished a while ago.
As much i know their is no swap and developer just created a coin and icobid project in Waves Platform for that ICOB-WAVES coins have been created. Both the projects are same.
its needed for investors and newbies to understand this so we can see the good potential if ever we hold and keep our coins.
I think i have clearly mentioned that the both coins are from same platform and even then not reading the comment and just asking the same question again.
Once again i am saying that both coins are from same project and same developer, only the added platform created.
