let say if i have that said amount . i will only invest it on bitcoin and etherium because this is the only coin that ive been trusting ever since before . these coins are also have a bigger value when compared to other coins , so investing on them will give you a big return .
you can only buy medium coins or cheap coins price because if you decide to buy the expensive coin, it will not fill and it is better to move your balance into low coin price. you can buy a lot if you buy the cheap coin and you can hold it for a while because sometime this low coin price can increase more than usual, so you have a good chance to make a lot of profit.
I want to give my support to system that provides decentralisation in global financial system so that private (and state) central banks ( remember ripple LOL) no longer have a monopoly in creating (in unlimited supply) money for the whole nation and then using military and creating wars to force their shitty dollars into others. That tome is most moral reason to support Bitcoin Cash, and Bitcoin system... and as I say it, getting wealthier in the process, is a positive side effect and I see nothing wrong with that especially when getting wealthier from doing the right thing.

-$400 for ETH purchase.
-$75 for BTC purchase.

With this bearish market that still in effect then better i would keep the money until i confirm that bullish market is now starting because what is usually happening now is when you buy the dip buy it dips more. Except if you are in to long term investments then buying now will be better but just ensure to choose the best coins to ensure your long term waiting will not be in vain.
