Man, don't be so frustrated, because market is changing and I bet those people selling at the moment will complain about it 2 years later, because such a sweet prices won't repeat anymore.
That's exactly what I've heard in January, when this bear run has just started, so I don't think that the current price is the lowest of what we will see in the nearest future. But I'm sure that two years will ring us more regulations and legal issues, which may e a serious problem for the industry. Banks hate crypto, which is a fact, and they'll do everything to kill it. (Only Ripple will stay alive lol)
You should not be disappointed, only those who can tolerate and wait will be able to earn in this market, as you need to be able to deal with their greed, it is very difficult to move forward.

You should look at the mistakes of the past as a lesson and learn from it, you made some mistakes in the past and I think that the best thing you can possibly do is to make sure that you do not repeat the very same mistakes in the future.
I have made this exact same mistakes before, I sold a token named ENU for a measly $24 after holding it for almost three months and less than a month after I sold, it rose to over $500, I was so mad at myself.. another Example is Hydro, I sold for $25 and less than a month after that, it also rose to over $3000.
Well, many who have had such mistakes, you need to try every time to invest and be patient , I also had similar situations, but do not worry will often try and you will be lucky!

I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.
This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't tell anyone about this, including my wife.

Don't carry your mistakes with you to the future just let it be a lesson earn but in actual fact most or even all people that engage in investment will experience what you experience at the moment.
