As i noticed, the market is still not in a good condition and most of the coin prices are low so I think this is the best time to invest since you can buy a good potential coin for a cheaper price than the usual.
As the market situation right now, it is not stable and it is at very low price. Its time to buy now but for me dont invest all because we never knew when it rise again, and also critisize first on what coin you are buying. Good choice of coin also good profit in the future.
if I as a person who believes that next year the market will rise and grow high I will certainly invest a lot this year. but unfortunately seeing a market like this, investing with a lot of money seems to be very risky. we have to choose an altcoin that is really profitable.

I also doubt buying coins at low price because I have a feeling that it would still continue to collapse. But if you take the risk on buying before reaching its lowest knowing that the coin will still grow higher than the supposed lower price then it would be worth buying it.

I think a good time. But You can try to analysis more about which coin you want to buy now. Do not take a decision just depend anyone talk.

I think this is the right time to buy because the market is red. I am optimistic that the market will return to green even if it takes a long time. as a beginner you should invest as much as you can to lose. immediately try to buy coins otherwise you will be late when the market returns to green. choose coins that already have a large capitalization and market. do research and analysis of coin prices before investing. believe me the market will rise again.
