I think buying coins when low is better than buying at a high price, buying low will be better able to produce results. But if you are hesitant to buy then you can wait for the market to stabilize to buy, crypto is indeed risky and every time you decide on a choice then you have to do research.
Hello now is very hard to say it is good time to buy coins or there will be better time. I think soon will be very big pump and all coins will go very very hard moon race. But i think still before it will be some little dump.

You can buy, you can sell, but there is no point in holding right now, because situation becomes worse every single day. After a growth there is major fall, so move to stay profitable.

Buy now because soon (probably by the end of december) we'll see a big breakout, it could go down but I'm guessing it'll go up (we've gotten far too much good news the last weeks and months)
Actually, I also see today only one way out; this is to keep my existing assets and use the chance to buy more high-rated coins at a cheap price. We need to work for the future exactly today.

For coins and tokens with prospects, then for sure, it is a good time to invest. Nevertheless, if you are the type who can monitor trends, I would advise you wait a little bit and wait for the consolidation period of most of the coins before getting in at all. The thing now is that the market could still go lower since we are still in a huge downtrend for most coins, so in that case, you would want to be a bit careful making investment decisions unless you just want to go long and forget if the market goes lower or not.
Lately, have also been thinking ICOs that raise fund at this stage of bitcoin can keep the same value of fund raised because bitcoin is believed to be at the bottom. There are better valuation for project lately compared to last year and less ICO scam and more existing project are getting on blockchain. It is another level for blockchain technology, which could be considered new. Projects into blockchain infrastructure were analyses to have more gain in last year ICOs and this gives direction for investors to look into for prospective investment.
Yes, you can use the market decline to buy because it's cheaper, but even though it's low you also need to research the coins you will buy, because not all coins have the same potential.

when the price and value of such altcoin drops, take this as an opportunity to buy and invest a lot in it. But make sure you really believe in it that is has the capability to provide you profit. If its price is high, think about it, but maybe you can still invest if the altcoin really has a great reputation.

As for me, I sell all the tokens that show significant growth and buy major coins, because they will gonna make through crisis, I am completely sure about it.

There is no universal solution for this situation. You shoudl buy some coins like ETH or BTC, because they will defenitely grow, but ICO is too risky.
Yes, there is usually a chance to buy after the price drops. And now the price of coins on the market is not too high, I think you can buy some, but the market's follow-up direction is uncertain, so you need to plan your own funds.
If and when the bull-run returns it would be bigger than the last time, you just have to be invested in the right projects. This time that much money won’t flow into useless tokens. Look for tokens with potential actual use cases and you should be good. Leave atleast 25% invested, so you don’t regret if crypto goes parabolic. Don’t take out all crypto investments at once.
Market saw the bottom it slowly recovers but we want to see real recovery, not a resesion.

I'd like to recomend you to invest now in altcoins. All of them cost so cheap. I think all of them can make easily x2-x3 from these prices. But of course, you should buy and some bitcoin.

In my opinion you can invest some coins in binance. Because you know about last bear market and after that we can see that bear market stopped. Prices trying to increase little bit . after some time definetly we will see some other bull market in my opinion. so you can buy now strong coins.
