Investing in any crypto at anytime is risky because you do not know what will happen to the coin as crypto is unpredictable and volatile but this period when the price is down is very good to buy altcoins that you want as the price is low and if you hold, you can sell high when the market recover and the price rise higher than it is now.

We have many great altcoins now on the crypto market some of them are good for investment or buying and some of them are not, so for me it depends to a person and it's wise decision to avoid the riskyness of the altcoins.
