Nothing changed. 90% is still a scam. what to choose you need to study the product, team and advisers very well and cap for each person!

90% is not all of them, we can purchase coins and hold coins from the ICO's while hoping to get paid from it.

Not all ICO is scam. Yes we can have 90% to be scam and there are rules guiding the good once which means to get participated in the 10% left takes proper care which means you have to go through proper investigation so as to be sure of where to participate in. It's not easy going around the Internet and when it comes to payment and getting noting hurts. It's best adviced to find the good ICO by proper investigation.

Yes if course not all ICO's are scam there's still more proof that there are many ICO's that are a legit that can give the participants a good amount of rewards and investments growth to their investments. They just be careful of joining and participating the ICO's to prevent from losing.
Most scam.
Coins should not have a ICO because people kind of know that these coins won't get listed in a real stock exchange. Coins used to launch on their own back then.

As you already said it's not correct to call every Ico a scam. In this unregulated sector it was very easy to get rich scamming other people but now this kind of attitude meets mire informed people (and day by day the laws)

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.
Just my two satoshis...
Yeah, that's a big concern... I would say that 85% of ICOs are SCAMs, 10% are just weak or not attractive for investors, and only 5% of them are trustworthy and have a team of professionals.

Almost whole last year and January of these year was the best time for ICOs, right now it is really hard for projects to even gather sofft cap. There are legit ICOs right now that cant even reach softcap and then they have to make longer ICO period. If they coldnt reach soft cap, that doesnt mean that they are scammers.

I absolutely agree with the statement that lately the total number of scammers and unsuccessful projects has grown significantly. But personally, I still believe in the excellent prospects of the crypto market. Therefore, I am always looking for good ICO - I am sure that among the new projects you can find good and profitable options for investment.

These 10% legit ones still exists as of today but may require additional hardwork and research to find them. They have potential to become very profitable for the upcoming bull season.

Of course not all scam. But in the last 6 months, most of the icos are scam. No project can achieve success, and therefore extend bounty and ico dates. We dont see really great project now, need to see bull season to great icos Smiley
It has something to do with bitcoins and ethereum price in late 2017 and early 2018. It was easier for projects to reach hard caps when bitcoin was at high levels and other altcoins too, now ico needs to raise more bitcoins or altcoins to reach the same goal. Very likely that is the reason thus all projects aim too high. I don't see why for development they need 50M dollars. Bitcoin was made from scratch.

No, why do you think so? There are ICOs that are not scams, and you think all ICO projects are scams that will cause you to miss a lot of potential ICO projects.

There are still a few good ones that has the capability to release some good technologies for the future. Though there are these ICOs that only want to make easy money and are just a copy of someone’s ICO. So before you invest on it, make sure you read all about the project and the know the company behind it.

Not every single one, but most of ICOs now are scam to my regret. You should make deep analysis to prevent wrong choice. I try to select right projects but it is getting harder so I quit ICOs

Wrong, such accusation is baseless, i have lots of ICO participation since last year but almost 60% or 80% of it paid me. but some of which until this time has no value at all., i still believe on the developers of such projects.
