I think it is better to buy or invest on the market rather than on the ICO stage, I think ICOs are kind of risky because they are still a projects that isn't finished, and when they are on the market they aren't finished either but on ICO stage the doubt of it being succesful is rather big.
Here everything depends on the situation on the market. When the market grows, it is possible for us to buy coins on the ICO. But this concerns only promising altcoins. And in today's situation on the ICO to buy is not profitable. If the coin immediately goes to the exchange, the price will be much lower and will go down.
At present, when the market is in decline, the most optimal is buying after the ICO, when coins are minus at their prices.
Either buying during ICO or market is good..

this is the current ICO phenomenon, first when the project is finished and the developer distributes the token, many tokens are sold directly so that the Token / coin price drops below the ICO price, this is often done by the bounty hunters, such as bounty campaign and airdrop, thinking when wanting to buy tokens at ICO.
I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

YEAH i agree with that in a downtrend you can't really buy from ICO even if you like the project as almost every ico that went out in this bear market are trading below ico price (notice i m talking about public price not private sale those can be very good with all the bonuses some get 100% but again that's exactly why you shoudn't buy into public sales) so yes and no if you have enough money to get into closed private sales go for it but investing in a public sale is not worth for me.
we see from the progress of the project during the ICO, if indeed this project will succeed or achieve sales targets we can follow, but sometimes the price of the coin we buy decreased the price to below the price of ICO because bounty hunter sells its coins below the price of ICO, so I think better we buy when bounty hunter sells all his coins at a cheap price
I think this depends with the kind of person you are, if you are a high risk taker then Buying in the ICO stage will be ideal to you as a chance to get a potentially good amount of tokens of a good project at a cheap price will be availed, its however not a guarantee that these tokens will be of value as the success of the project is still in balance. Buying in the market on the other hand is quite ideal ass the token is proven and now its on the market forces to determine the value.The profits made hre are not as much as those who invested during the ICO gets when the project proves to be a success
It depends if the ico is giving big bonuses on investor. But if there is no bonus, its much cheaper to buy once it hits the exchange. Try to join the presale, its much cheaper. Sometime 1c per token.

you think the market crash caused by bounty hunters? you should know that bounty hunter only hold 1-5% of the total supply of the coins, there is a lot investors who buy it from presale and private sell that hold much more amount than bounty hunter , that could affect the market price more than bounty hunter could. #Datarius
Sometimes its better to buy it from pre sale cause you got a bonus from buying it on ICO but sometimes its good when buying it when it enter the market cause so many investors are dump their coins so it depends after all. I do thing if the project are good it doesnt really matter when you buy it.

It is fair to me or ico coins to decline after there in the market.it is because the investor sells the bonus that can after the purchase in the ICO period.Before investing in ICO project you better see the prospect of the project. #Datarius

In the current market most coins plummet in value once it goes on exchange.
It might be a wise decision to wait and scoop up at cheap prices.

My opinion is better to buy a coin on ICO in case the project has a promising and sought-after technology, for example, finance or blockchain. If you doubt the financial success of a coin, it is better to purchase a coin on the stock exchange.
But when it is already in the market it is not still the real price in the ICO the real value will come out after the market. Wait yntil 2 weeks then you can readily say that the price is fair.
I think depends on the project and funds allocation, sometimes its better to buy on the first days of exchange listing, when the dump goes
If you are newbie it's better to buy to the market and choose atleast TOP 30 coins in the market which has a decent stat so your investment will be secured. Investing in ICO is very risky especially if you are new to cryptocurrency wolrd, its better to learn things out than be sorry in the end.
