It depends if you want to participate in ICO that you feel safe and not a scam then its okay and its safe but if you feel that the ICO that you wanted to joined to was not safe then better not to participate.

Yes,I agree,the moment you invest to something without proper contract or agreement is another thing,so risky to invest on it,it's all about how big do you want to invest and as of now,it's not really safe,scammers are always there,like a roaring lion,looking for someone to devour.

now the big question when looking at the opportunity to get big profits is the level of security, because as far as the development of ICO that exists today with all the big profit bids no one can be sure whether it is safe or not, but also many ICO's are successful in getting the benefits according to the has been promised.
So in this case you should be more understanding in seeing the ICO is indeed proven.

I consider that to participate in ICO it is the biggest risk in the cryptocurrency market. In ICO it is possible to increase quickly the capital or to lose everything, having made a mistake. Recently has appeared the mass of projects which commit frauds. They raise money of investors and then disappear. Therefore it is necessary to give huge time to studying of projects, only then you will be able to get profit from this activity!

Yeah you are right but if it is high potential with trusted team than i wouldn't say it's safe because the more you take risk the more you earn good and percentage of profit is a way too high and participation in any of ICOs bears at least the minimum risk, and taking into account there is the increasing amount of those ICOs, I'd rather doubt there would be any great ICO that may overcome Bitcoin, at least, not in the nearest future.

Safe is a word that I don't think would go along with ICO. ICOs are like the riskiest of them all. With most of them failing and the current ones barely surviving I don't think ICO is a safe bet. If you have the will to forget about your investment after buying into an ICO only than should you invest.

I have listen much about ICOs and listen about them that how worth investing are them but I prefer joining bounties and earning free coins than buying coins that is not sure if it will have value in the future. Better to just spend time and effort than to spend some amount. But it will always depend on the people that are ready to invest and expect to return high profit from it.

I have been participating ICO but i never meet any trouble about it ,ICO maybe successful or not I'm still glad that I've been part of it. and before i joined ICO i see to it that it is not a scam so the effort won't be useless..

It all depends on what your definition of is safe, most ico will be discarded below the ico price. Do your own research as usual and do a lot of research.
