I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? The first one I looked at was Mossland's Whitepaper and they seemed good with solid community. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Any suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!
If I think you should not invest in ICO. Because investing in ICO is very risky, let alone the current market situation is very bad. I would advise you to invest in Bitcoin or other Altcoin which still have good potential for the future.

have come to accept that when market prices for cryptocurrencies are dropping people will make money that includes the opposite when prices soar but in this case the best time to invest in ICOs is when prices of coins are high and i think cryptocurrencies are well priced and its certainly a good time.
Nowadays, the price of coin in the most of ICO are cheaper, so it's a best time to invest in ICO before the price will be increase. But if you want join in ICO of course you must aware and carefull to choose an ICO, it is because there are so many project held the ICO and so many scam projects. Because of that, before join and invest in ICO, we must learn and finding the data of the project (of course see the whitepaper, website, team and developer, and review from another people about the project that we want invest).

Yes, investing in ICO is a good solution, If you are an investor you can grap the good opportunity, but be carefull because there ICO is scam, but if we can choose the right project then we can get big profits.

It all depends on the project you want to invest in. For example, if it Spotcoin is you will probably increase your contribution.
In my opinion it is not about good time. It is about good idea and good team. But anyway you have to give it a good thought and investigation, when you give your money.
Now there is no need to invest in ico. There are a lot of good ico projects, but the price is already lower than the issue price, so you should buy a coin below the ico price instead of directly investing in ico.
According to me Investing in ICO’s are very risky, I have seen most of the ICO are went Red. People who are invested they seen losses.

There is no best time, you can invest in ICO any time but you shuld be very careful investing in ICO project because a lot of ICO scam. So before you invest you will considered a lot of work with the ICO you have an intend to invest.

in my opinion it is really true zjd i believs tht you beed to be redy to every leap of fate, though now is almost perfect
