I like the idea of support via phone. During these times of cryptoworld its seems its really hard to fund any project. Moreover we have more and more exchanges everyday. Main problem is security, customer support and fast deposits and withdrawals. I hope project team can deal all of these issues while struggling with other high rate exchanges.
As I understand it, the design and functionality of the exchange will be similar to the functionality of BitMex and Binance exchanges. It will be a kind of symbiosis of these two exchanges. But I would also be interested to look at the prototype of the future exchange.

Competing in a virtual currency is a natural thing in my opinion because they want their tokens to be number one and used by many people wherever and whenever. if you can make it possible you do the same thing.
Did you know that ICOs of exchanges had higher ROi compared to other industries? That's why I am focused on exchanges tokens in my portfolio.
