Actually, I sent from my Bluewallet to asu's Bluewallet, and since these are custodial, I'm not even sure why it asked a fee at all. Maybe it's part of their payment model (which is totally fine of course!).

Actually, it's a little bit more complex Wink

You would be right if Bluewallet's and Loyce's nodes were connected to each other directly; meaning that they would have a channel in which both of them had some coins on their sides. In such a case, there would be no fees. However, you paid a really small fee. This means that your transaction has been routed by some node which is connected to both Loyce and BlueWallet or a much longer path was found.
