You have to be able to divide time, it is difficult for a beginner. but you must be used to dividing the time between your life and cryptocurrency. and for trading there is no need to do it all the time, you must be clever in managing that time. You just get used to it.

If you are just learning, I guess it's normal to be on your phone all the time while learning but you have to eventually learn to just allocate a specific time in a day to check the movements or it will make you paranoid and might eventually affect your life outside trading.

Maybe that is a consequence that must be accepted by a trader.
