Obviously, he is now developing his own block explorer, where he added new features (like identifying P2SH addresses) recently.  Cheesy
Can't wait to try it Tongue

Many thanks for these updates, SFR10 and 1miau!
You're very welcome Smiley

I think there's a problem with my Firefox. I did clear the cache, but still the problem persisted. However, the site loads well when I open Firefox using Private mode or when i use Opera, Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers.

Maybe there's some extension on my Firefox browser messing things up, though I am not sure which one.
I had a similar experience with Chrome, so I used the incognito mode to record that video and that's why I thought it might have something to do with the cache, but upon doing more research, some users were also claiming an extension might be the culprit... Having said that, disabling and removing all of my active extensions didn't improve the situation in question.

  • I noticed when I was getting the /undefined issue, the Timechain's version was different from the live version [currently is at v0.2.20] and from what I understood [credit goes to "this user"], the manner in which you clear the cache matters as well, so please also try doing the manual route on Firefox and see if it works:

    • Settings > Manage more settings > Privacy & security > Cookies and site data > Manage data > Search for its name > Click its name > Remove selected > Save changes > Remove.

I am eagerly waiting for Yogg's new block explorer website. (It will include phishing or some other scam by default, right? Smiley)
Phishing seems to be a very nice feature, indeed, but how about clipboard malwareTongue
Of course, depending on his time to implement it, he can add both features.
I'm eagerly waiting as well to recommend his new block explorer website to various scammers and other trolls.  Smiley

Many thanks for these updates, SFR10 and 1miau!

The translation topic was also updated with the new information regarding Yogh, BlockCypher and BitInfoCharts (again, sorry for the delay in updating the information). The old format of the translated table is also updated. As a plus, inside the translated topic I also added the link of the new survey.

Quite surprised to see his name here, what happened? Cheesy

Could the site be having a technical issue, or it's no longer operational?

I don't know if it's just a problem on my side but when I try to visit the timechaincladender link, it just shows a blank page with the word undefined at the end of the URL
Could the site be having a technical issue, or it's no longer operational?

I've checked it and it's fine on my side, so I don't know why it's different for you.
Maybe try a different browser / VPN on / off?
So, it's operational at least.  Smiley
Could be an error on Timechaincladendar's side as well as your screenshot is from yesterday and I've just checked it right now.

People can select up to 4 answers because I don't see a better option to put such a poll into one topic (otherwise we would would need seeral topics, making it very messy).
I think it would've been better if our maximum votes were set to 2 only Smiley
Having a survey of multiple questions is not ideal but I believe only 2 votes could be abused as well, for example by using them to vote for 2 answers of each question (2 votes for 8 or 9 points each 1 vote  /  2 votes for updating / no updating each 1 vote).  Cheesy

Dear "List of useful Bitcoin block explorers" contributors!

Our survey, part 2, is now up and everyone is invited to vote!
We needed to have a runoff-vote because for some of our previous questions, some answers got a DRAW (equal number of votes for competing suggestions). Solution: we will have a runoff-vote to ask everyone, to vote for your favorite option.

People can select up to 4 answers because I don't see a better option to put such a poll into one topic (otherwise we would would need seeral topics, making it very messy).

Plz vote here: Survey regarding our Bitcoin Blockexplorer topic [Part 2]
You can also leave a comment / suggestion / advertisement for any of the options.  Cheesy

We also need to specify how long our poll will be running.
My favorite is 14 days, a good solution we applied already in our previous survey.  Smiley

Now see what happens when you deal with a Lieutenant Jr. Executive Merit Cycler of Merit Cyclub Club? You always remain out of sMerits =)))
I need to allocate my Merit a bit better.  Cheesy

This is why our the Supreme Leader of the entire forum (Smiley) wisely said

you have to cycle an obscene amount of merit between yourself and other members of the merit/trust gang

(Speaking of which, the wild party started!)
I haven't received an invite card but it's quite understandable because I'm not part of your club.  Cry

And this was the second part (the part where I suggested deleting the reference to the old survey or replace that text with a new one, for the new survey):

Oook, got it now.
I'll also link our new servey here in my main topic's OP.  Smiley

I've tried to search it but didn't find it...
Do you know for which Blockexplorer the reference is still left?

I already posted it below that line (and you also deleted it already Smiley).

And, perhaps, this part can also be deleted?
Nice catch!
I've removed it, it's from Atomic Explorer.

Actually I meant two distinctive parts of what I wrote Smiley

So this was first part (here I explained the extra BBCode part):

And this was the second part (the part where I suggested deleting the reference to the old survey or replace that text with a new one, for the new survey):

In any case, things cleared out by themselves, as you eliminated the extra BBCode and also took into consideration of changing that text about the survey Smiley I just wanted to explain how I had those parts separated (in my mind, at least Smiley).

Yes, I'll write a similar explanation about out new survey, which will be ready next weekend.  Smiley

I've updated our list according to the outcomes of our survey. Please let me know if you like our improved version, if you want to share your opinion.

Great job, 1miau! The table looks more "clean" now Smiley And keeping also the old format, inside that post, for mobile users, is also a very wise decision. I also implemented all changes within the translated version of the topic.

Unfortunately, I had to remove all links from the comments as it's not possible to add links for our new hover format.

Yup, I noticed that. It is what it is... However, I wanted to let you know that, while implementing the changes inside the translation (I did it while also looking at your new BBCode) I noticed that you left a reference to an earlier hyperlink inside the new BBCode. It does not affect the table in any way, yet I believe you can also delete that part, for having a "100% clean" code as well Smiley Here is the reference to that hyperlink:

I've included a poll and if you want, please leave a vote which block explorer is your favorite one. Everyone will have 2 votes, you can revise it at any time, like when the block explorer makes changes and features are removed / added or when it goes completely offline.

I don't use any of these because they are all bloated with lots of clutter and shitcoinery. I use a few different block explorers for different things.

I use Mempool.Space for almost everything because it's simple and gets me all of the info I need for a basic tx and the current fee rate, etc. - https://MemPool.space

...
Many thanks for sharing.  Smiley
Mempool.space is already added in our list, when it was suggested and rated by SFR20 here. SFR10 has rated it with 7.5 out of 10 points, where he is right in my opinion, because it is a very good rating for a very good explorer.
If you want, you can also rate some of your suggestions (if they are Block Explorers) and I'll include them in my list.

I've also locked our survey. For results, please see here.
I'll add all changes when I have some time and post an update here, when it's done.  Smiley

I don't use any of these because they are all bloated with lots of clutter and shitcoinery. I use a few different block explorers for different things.

I use Mempool.Space for almost everything because it's simple and gets me all of the info I need for a basic tx and the current fee rate, etc. - https://MemPool.space

I use BitFeed for more precise info of each block but similar static data can be found on MemPool. I like to look more closely at the fee rate of all of the txs in a block - https://bits.monospace.live

When I need some basic "chain analysis" I use bread crumbs to see if I can follow funds a bit better to and from verified exchange wallets - https://www.breadcrumbs.app/

I also use TX Flow to follow money on chain a bit easier than other explorers but it tend to crash when you try to look up addresses with a lot of history - https://www.txflow.io/

OXT.me is good for understanding privacy and the flow of funds on-chain but this is usually a lot more than I need - https://oxt.me/

Finally, I use KYCP to know how private a transaction is and view the flow of funds within a tx - https://kycp.org/

I hope these tools help. Please stop using all of these poor block explorers to look up on-chain transactions. If you do, please use a VPN or Tor at the very least.
