I think more profit in long-term investment than short-term, because I personally disadvantaged in short-term investment do not know the other person because I may still have to learn about trading

How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?

I have different altcoins in my Portofolio and I think that top altcoins should be used for long term investments, altcoins with low capitalization - for short term

For me long term is an everything that you hold more than week. Short term is like buying on one exchange and selling on another, or buying some coin waiting for the price correction cause it's more expensive on the another-main exchange.

I prefer long-term altcoin investment, because it looks more like a result if the price goes up by 2% every month (estimated), so if I wait for 1 year I get (12%) profit is more visible than my long-term investment short-term.

I think long term is a set of short term but staying always in short is very expensive in terms of time

type of people in investing is different. many people including me can't wait to invest in and choose the investment in the short term due to the weaker results are more visible and of course, precious coins used to invest.

50-70% for short term gain and 30-50% for long term gain. It's actually depend on which coin i invest though, if i really confident with the coin i invest, maybe i can go big like 70-90%. If i must to choose i will pick short term, because it's more easier to get profits.

Many crypto-currencies do not have to be questioned because they take much more long-term gains than short-term ones. So hold it for a long time
Indeed, some of the cryptocurrency is good for a long term. It is more profitable if you just wait than selling it. If you are patient, hold your coins for a long and wait the output it may give you in the future.

If you want instant profits then use short-term investments. but the results obtained not as big on the investment in the long term. but all definitely has its own risks.

I think that long-term are much more profitable than short-term, but, accordingly, the risks in long-term are much higher, because the project can simply cease to exist, and in the short term you can save your deposit.

Cryptocurrency is very volatile and unpredictable therefore, I do not hold more than 20% of my fund for long term. The remaining of my fund are in invested on short to medium term basis

For me I prefer long term investment because I will get more when I hold more, less time to monitor because you hold it and sell it for years or months, bit there is a good side of short term investment, because if you know how to play the ups and downs of a coin you can get profit in no time.

Different thought with other is not a problem for me. I have my own way.
I dont have any specific way how to handle my portofolio but i just know that i will risk maximum 50 percent of my portofolio if i hold any coin.

I think the good investor will buy a coin when the price is low and hold until the price high. And dont panic when the price is going down. And it depends on us, when you want to sell and get a good deal.. do it!!

Well, in my experiences with crypto currencies, both can really give profits unquestionably. But there is a difference in the amount of profit one can gain. Specially in terms of the currency being used or the trading scheme. Short term gains are undeniably small compared to long term gains(assuming the currencies used are great). But if you do short term holding together with riding into the price rises and dips, then inassure you, profits in this field is amazing. That is, if you know what you're doing.
