Hello!

I started to use SimpleMining yesterday, I really like its simplicity, but there are some points that will decide if I change windows for SMOS:

· Wi-fi is not working for me. I have a TP-Linkg Archer T2U Plus wifi adapter, and Wi-fi is on and configured on SMOS, but it's not getting a valid IP direction, it doesn't connect.

· Any way to configure OC for each GPU? I can only set OC per Rig, that's a bit problematic..
I'm not understanding the OC logics... For my 3070's I set memory to 3200, what gives the desired 8400MHz. The problem is if I reboot it starts some gpu's at 8600MHz, and it crashes at that speed. I have to lower the overclock, and then set it again to 3200 to go back to 8400MHz...

· The 3070 worker is no appearing into ethermine.org dashboard..
It did at beginning, but now that is configured it doesn't. Can I be sure that it's mining 'to' the correct adress? It's extrange because I have another worker with simpleminer that appears in the dashboard, and everything looks correct.

Thank you!

Miners update:
- t-rex-v0.20.1 (--extra-dag-epoch can now be set per-GPU. Fixed miner crashes when --validate-shares is set. Fixed incorrect share difficulty suffix when diff is greater than 1000G. Fixed (Web UI) Hashrate chart resets at midnight. Fixed manually selected kernel number is not displayed at start up. Fixed incorrect failover pool setup args parsing (multiple -o, and single -u/-p pair causes empty username/pass for failover pools))

SimpleMining images update:
- New BETA image
- SM-5.4.107-5-ub18-a20.40-n465.24.02
- Newest NVIDIA beta driver
- Image is available via Advanced Command for live reflash or in download beta section

Miners update:
- phoenixminer-v5.6a-beta (Added native kernels for AMD RX6700 GPUs. These are faster than the generic kernels and produce a lot less stale shares. Increase the max supported DAG epoch to 550 (should be enough to about Jan 2023)
Full support for setting clocks, fan speeds, voltages, and memory timings of AMD RX6900/6800/6700 cards. The specific hashrate is now shown in the form of kilo hashes per joule (kH/J). Example: if a GPU has hashrate of 30 MH/s with 100W power usage, the specific hashrate is 300 kH/J. Added new command-line parameters -ttj and -ttmem, allowing automatic fan speed control based on GPU hotspot (junction), and memory temperatures respectively. Example: -ttmem 83 will keep the GPU memory temperature at or bellow 83C by increasing the fan speed as necessary. These parameters can be combined with -tt, as well as with each other. These options are supported only on AMD GPUs that report junction and memory temperatures. Added new command-line parameters -tmaxj and -tmaxmem, allowing to decrease the GPU usage when the GPU hotspot (junction), or GPU memory temperatures are above the specified thresholds. These options are supported only on AMD GPUs that report junction and memory temperatures. Added support for AMD Linux drivers 20.50.x. Use this drivers only if you have Polaris or older GPUs, or the latest RX6x000 GPUs. WARNING: Vega, Radeon VII, and Navi GPUs won't work with these drivers! Turn off the zero fan feature on AMD cards whenever a fixed fan speed is used (e.g. -tt -40), or when an auto fan with min fan speed is used (e.g. -tt 63 -minfan 35). To disable this feature, add -fanstop 1 command-line parameter)
- srbminer-multi-v0.7.3 (Small improvement on cryptonight_xhv for some GPU's. Fixed --gpu-off-temperature. Fixed bugs with dual mining ZIL + any other algorithm. Removed parameters --gpu-target-temperature and --gpu-target-fan-speed - use external application instead. Minor bug fixes)

Advanced Command update:
- OS reflash (Fix possible crash on very slow pendrives causing rig reboot before finish reflash process. Fix possible crash if reflash process starting in first 5 minutes after rig start)

Hi, could you include https://github.com/MerlinMagic2018/cpuminer-RKZ/releases/tag/V4.2b to SM?
Its a cpuminer and whether profitable or not, i would like to mine Lightningcash with my cpus inside the rigs ;-)

We do not support CPU mining atm.

Wow it looks efficient and smooth.
I like the all in view and easyness of changing things.

Please consider also an old request to you, to include into the main dashboard the temperatures of ALL GPUs, not only max temp.
GPUs temperatures are one of the critical indicators miners monitor and look into.

Maybe others can hop on to endorse this, or better, you can use the "Vote feature" in the smos menu and see the miners feedback directly.

Great preview anyway, keep up the good work.

Thx for suggestion. I will write it down.

Currently there is problem in our datacenter in Amazon AWS. We are fixing it.
Our Redis cluster is having problems.
Rigs are mining as usual. Dashboard is unavailable.

The problem is solved for now but our Hosting operator is working with Amazon AWS Support to find out why Redis cluster broke itself.

Does anyone know how Fan control work for RTX 3070?
Are there any command? Sliders does not work.
Okay, case solved. If someone run into the same problem. Mixed rigs are not supported, mixed rigs does not mean amd and nvidia in the same rig, it means different GPU's are not supported: 3070 with 2060 etc.
I had 3070 and 2060 super in same rig, fan control does not work, if i removed 2060 super, fan control works as a charm.
I have the same issue with 3070 mixed with 1080ti...
All nvidia fanspeed issues are fixed right ? (except the one that one fan is not spinning in 3xxx series in some models) ?

Are fixed now, thanks!

Thx for the Tipp, but i will go full watercooled.
Atm ETH is the most profitable coin, followed by octopus algo.
I want to be ready for power hungry coins and my 3080 Supreme X have a big powertarget.
Cooling a few GPUs with over 400 Watt each wouldnt be possible on a closed rig.

I have never seen such monstrous graphic cards....

Yeah, they are big Smiley
