This is a speculation that the volatility involved in the cryptocurrency market will cause cryptocurrencies to lose its valuation and with time it will be the end of it however it has always seemed to adjust with the economies of scale so it may not be possible for it to be true.
The majority of ICO and new coins coming out are scams, designed just to make money developers quick and easy. They all will not be worth in the long run. So watch where you put your money int. Because you can loose it very fast.
I do not think that this will happen in the coming years. Most likely, some coins will gradually fade. But I think that this is a normal state of the market.

yes only quality tokens but what about about other tokens that does not have a good quality? or the coins that simply built for a pump and dump purposes? do you think that there will always be a demand for them?as on what i see , most of the coins are already been removed to some online exchange because thier value have drop or not even moving because there is no demand for them. these coins are probably reach or crash until zero.
but theres no need to worry at all because good coins such as bitcoin will not crash to zero because these type of coins are pretty useful not just for asset but also for a currency usage.

Lol make sure you choose a potent altcoin, because we know there are hundreds of altcoins that keep coming and many altcoins will certainly die and crash to zero for failing to compete, it is reasonable to happen in crypto investment, it is one of the risks of investing crypto..

The price of btc has now being stable and trading above 6700$ form last couple of days which is a good sign as the movement from here looks to move upwards and not down. So ideally all should be buying from this point of time which will make the higher demand and more will be the price.
Crypto currencies can goes to zero if the project is stalled and failed like paycoin pr other thousand crypto from 2013. Its not something new. Even stock can goes to zero when company is crash down and bankrupt. Everything in this world could probably goes to zero. Its our self responsibility to make investment and be wise with our hard earn money.

Okay, yes, but only a few coins under the first 1000. I don't think so that people would sell all cryptocurrency just for fun and TOP 1000 is sure that they won't drop to 0.
The number of ICO-s are growing rapidly, there are about 4 every single day, while it was "only 1" daily a year ago. So sure, the number of worthless projects are increasing too, but neither should we forget about the new technology innovations, which are also keep coming.
