Selling all now wouldn't make any sense. Except you're probably in some urgent need. What if you sold and it starts going up? You'd be bad especially after the loss already incurred.

Well if you know that you're losing so much, then it's better to hold it until the price rises up again just like it did on last December 2017. Just be patient to both of you, and after all the market is recovering right now. So keep calm, volatility is really normal on the crypto world.
