From what I read today about the case I think it was just an amendment to the previous law on Party choosing their candidate ( now Party can decide whether to use Direct or Indirect Primaries) and also an Appeal to INEC to transmit results online BUT all still dey INEC hand weda to transmit it or not Na just appeal so I no see anything special about this case to be honest na just the same system.
