A part of me wants to blame the whole hullabaloo going on with Nigerians in Dubai on the government, especially the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Nigerian in Diaspora Commission. But for today, I won't. The average Nigeria has no sense of pride in being a Nigerian. Little wonder why Nigerians would drag themselves so low as to drag the country's name into muddy waters. Cultism outside the country is the most ludicrous thing one can ever hear of. It is simple-undocumented Nigerians who have no busy being in the country should be sent back home.
I concur with you senior man, seriously some Nigerians just dey drag us back. We they try solve internal problems here somepeople they oversee they spoil some things. Na so so ban we dey collect from different countries. The worst part be say na all Nigerians dem dey tag for all this shele. Sincerely before this country go better we self go change our mindset oh

Why some elements no just like this country to move forward in a positive way? E no make sense to carry hooliganism go another man land na. Abi no be because of greener pasture una go Dubai?
It's very disheartening reading or hearing such of Nigerians at this time wey things like banditry, terrorism and kidnapping dey make wave for our local news channels everyday.
The age restriction is, however, too extreme. Persons of good character and pedigree and below the age limit of 40, still live in this country and do travel or intend to travel to Dubai, due to its attractions and commerce. Make dem resolve their issues quickly ahbeg, make dem no use their reggae spoil another man blues.

My broda, watin you talk make brain wella. I discredit cultism or any form of hooliganism and see those involved to have been misinformed and needs proper rehabilitation but still, e dey outrightly wrong say, the UAE go put this kind restrictions on Nigerians. If you look, e no affect the elites o. I sure say, na them join body with the UAE government to map out that age limit as most of them don cross am. Make them dey get access to UAE.

The truth still remain say, they take cases with Nigerians too seriously and to an extreme.  So many cults dey glorified over seas. Like the Yakuza for Asia, the ms 13 for US and plenty others day way dey exist and accepting members way be foreign nationals but, no ban of this nature. Na just Naija and e show how much let down we don give ourselves else, them no for fit try am.

Mean while, we don pass this era of cultism. Even for we naija cef, e hard to see person way dey carry cult for head not to mention people abroad. These people no do well o, e no soft at all say, them don manage cross border, con dey drag the nation name down.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
I don't support the actions of those Nigerians who when to Dubia and took Hooliganism to great heights amongst them selves. It's totally unwelcome and unnecessary, but I also believe this is all about the countries reputation. Nigeria is a country already having bad reputation especially in terms of terrorism. If tables turns and it's was another country in the western world that did what those Nigerian did I believe the law would walk on those who carried out the act.

Senior man, honestly I shock as one of my guy wey dey enter Dubia come back dey yarn me wetin dey happen for there. Baba, I was totally dumbfounded. The thing wey my guy tell me just be like the level of cultism wey bin dey Port Harcourt like 5 to 10yrs ago when men no sabi anything. My guy been dey gist me how dem dey kill person, dey chant cultism publicly for another man country. Sotey e tell me about their point 1 wey dem kill, we get wife and children for house and wey start building project. But the whole story no clear me first, like if I leave Naija now I go dey play cultism for another country,  shebi I no know wetin carry me commot ni?

Make dem do anything to protect the reputation of their country make Naija boys no hijack their fine country. Shebi we like this our own country like this?

I don't think thousands of Nigerians should suffer and be harassed at the embassy just because they are Nigerians, is already though even before the incident for Nigerians to be giving entrance to access many countries so this is just another reason for them to even stifle their law against Nigerians. And I don't this our minister of foreign affairs or ambassadors are really doing the best in helping Nigerians trapped in this situation.

With an estimated 53 million cryptocurrency owners, the African continent now accounts for 16.5% of the global total, a study has found. The study findings suggest that Nigeria, which has more than 22 million crypto owners, currently accounts for more than a third of the continent’s total number of holders.

Nigeria Accounts for Over a Third of Africa’s Crypto Owners
According to Triple A’s latest crypto ownership data, the African continent now has an estimated 53 million cryptocurrency owners. This constitutes about 16.5% of the estimated global total of 320 million. Out of all the crypto holders in Africa, Nigeria accounts for over a third of the total, or just over 22 million.

Globally, Nigeria has the fourth-highest number of crypto owners, while the United States is the top-ranked country, with 46 million cryptocurrency holders. According to the data, India and Pakistan are the next top-ranked countries with 27.4 million and 26.4 million crypto owners respectively.
You sabi say Nigerians sabi survive well well, mostly proven when them go abroad. With the way things for the country be right now based on unemployment, Asuu strike, kidnapping and banditry for some corner, the news make sense well well. That na why e dey good make we get better president o. If no be ex-president Obasanjo wey use I.Q introduce mobile phones then, maybe as the country be now, tins for worse. As we dey see the growth of cryptocurrency, mostly Bitcoin, with opportunities wey dey inside, e make sense say we no sit down dey wait for the government to come spoon feed us. We dey observe how the world trend dey go and the importance of good knowledge of web applications and other internet services. The way we take like flexing, na so we still take like money. We no fit carry last at all.

No be you talk am. Nigeria no d carry last for anything good dem find themselves on. As far as d thing d legit, worth doing and em d pay, you go see us there with our full strength, giving it our best shot.

Our government think sae, dem go fit stop our shine for crypto by banning any account connecting to crypto. They no sae, the harder d try to put a stop, the more exposure crypto gets for Naija.

I just d wonder, if em come be sae, d next government come d in full support of crypto, how em go take be? we go fit land ourselves for 2nd position after the USA

Please, the congratulatory messages are getting out of hand; there is a thread for this. This is a single thread, and there was a discussion prior to the congratulations messages burying it.

And there is something else I've noticed, those of us who aren't here for genuine discussion and are only looking for activities should stop, we will have activities but not in a shabby way, this thread is monitored each month, and I post our weekly activities here..

Abeg make we no cast this small thing we dey manage for here e don tey I receive negative information about Nigerians for my inbox as compared to last year. We are all experienced now and the rate of plagiarism and other sort of nonsense don stop too. Abeg we want our topics to be more on Crypto and Politics because you can not talk about Nigeria and not talk about politics BUT bring a good discussion to the floor and let's tackle it together. Una welldone.

I agreed with you. plenti pipo dey post now 4 here 4 2 reasons as 4 me o! 1. dem dey post 2 enta dat ur weekly or monthly (di time wen i talk about weekly someone told say, no bi weekly na monthly, so as u dey say weekly, I dey confused sef, since na u get di project nah ur own i go follow) list 2 bi regoganaized, den mam karamuyeme (secondly) dem dey do am 4 dia Qatar post. For the congratulation issue. Na here nai we know ourselves. 4 di tred wey dem create 2 discuss any achievement, many pipo no kno am. nd evn u post 4 dat tred, pipo no dey comment. Na onli 1 or 2 pipo na go coment 4 a post. Nai make pipo dey do am 4 here, na so I am. As 4 me I dey post 4 dere well well. For di genuine discussion, I also supportam, make una dey bring beta discussion, like politics and crypto. Igehhh u r very gud in crypto so bring some topic den we can learn 4rom dere. I don talk dis dis b4. Political discussions 2 dey bring argument, I no 2 like am again. Bcos everybody kno nd nobody wan 2 learn 4fom oda.
