Everyone keeps saying that neo will surpass eth.. how come then the price hasn't even gone over $100 :/
Well i dont think it could happening but who knows, the real competition will be happen when blockchain really be used in real life. I still believe ethereum will remain strong and become the leader.

I do not think that Neo can bypass the Ethereum. Most likely he will breathe tightly in his back. But to get around, it's not possible
I agree, even though Neo is also a good coin, but he doesn't have as many supporters as ethereum, so I think ethereum will still be better than Neo and it will take longer for Neo to be like ethereum

Neo is indeed the top coin at the moment and the price is also quite high which wants to reach 100 $. But that's all uncertain, as time goes by we don't know what the future will look like.
There is no way that this is going to happen. Although it is a given that the neo coin is very similar to the ethereum coin but with the growth that ethereum has seen in the past year and the amount of investors that have come into the project it will take neo a while before it can even get there and by that time eth would be on to even bigger things.
You understand that the price at this stage is not so important task. The project can be developed secretly, and then, when the product is already created, show all these updates.
I am a huge fan of Neo but even I am realistic, it would be very hard for Neo to surpass ETH, either in price or usage, After Bitcoin, ETH is the king of the Cryptospace, and recently, the price of Neo is just not encouraging at all, might be a good time to buy though.
Furthermore, even if Ethereum blockchain suffers many staff, ether is consider a repair Coin on which move altcoins in bearish market!

It is impossible to judge projects by the price. Let's take a better look at the capitalization. Yes, it is very different, but NEO does not publish its updates recently, apparently they are preparing for something large-scale.
Although the value of ETH is larger than NEO, I think NEO is a potential coin that will thrive in the future (I'm not talking about the value of the coin). Although NEO will be difficult to overcome ETH but I think it is a worthy opponent of ETH. Many investors like me still believe that in the future Neo will thrive.

So what? The aether has fallen from its top as well and that says little. It's a question of capitalization. I think NEO has all the chances in the next 2 years ahead of Ethereum.
Possibly, because Ethereum is developing to meet new needs, NEO is developing the platform to serve the needs anticipated in the future.
If NEO and overtake Etherium that it will happen in a few years, not before, now the Eth is the most important token in the development of the whole crypto world, and neo is just a very good project with a great perspective,but this drop is very much cheaper and flew out of the top 10 cryptocurrencies.

Their is no doubt that NEO.is a great coin but I do not see NEO surpassing etherum in the long run. Etherum platform has been massively adopted and the platform has first mover advantage and this makes it more valuable than NEO

I think you should try to find out, especially in terms of analysis, but the fact is that neo cannot overtake ethereum, even the altcoins above. neo is ranked 15th from the marketcap ranks. and ethereum second. this is very far and it is very difficult to compete. this is a fact
Neo growing and Eth is losing its volumes, from this fact I can predict that Neo will make a surprise for us about its high results in next two years, I believe in this alt coin, and Eth is not so promising in competition with this one. Will see it later.

We don’t only look at the price, we look at the power it carries, how much that goes into it daily and how fast the market cap is growing. But putting NEO against ETH is just like saying that ETH will surpass BTC which is not possible (Eehm… maybe it’s possible, but not anytime soon.).But I don’t have time to check which one will surpass the other or whatever, I just go anyone that is reigning at the moment 🙂 Jump to:
