Since you are still working on the compensation for the 1.2s and arelooking at hosting options I just want to know if I'm allowed to sell that hosting contract if I'd like to go another route.

Eagerly awaiting those results. Since they are shipping according to the queue, those of us will be toward the end, but if the results are good then its a good ending to a difficult situation. Post some internals if you feel up to it. Would like to see the guts of that thing. Or otherwise just run it on elgius and post results

I was not expecting a delivery this morning, since I gave up reading the forums and lost all hope, but DHL knocked on my door and handed me a box with a miner inside. I have no idea how much mining power it has since I was on my way out and there was no information either, but I will power it up when I get home and post my results. I originally placed 2 orders with AMT, 580 and 650. I received the Kits but those don't work anymore, the chips stopped working one by one. The kits of 2 x 1.2TH/s only yielded 540GH/s at first and then died off. I asked AMT for RMAs but never received an answer in the past 2 months. So when I received this package today it was quite a surprise.

Working on a water cooled hexA1/A2 board setup, its coming along nicely, should have it done by the end of the week.
All the US purchased 520's have been upgraded to a 1.1Th's by the way. 1.2th's we're still trying to figure out the upgrade possibilities. Just trying to get all back orders done with and out of the way.
Just been busy. Over 50% backlogged orders shipped. Shipping is a 3-4 day process. We're also late on sending individual tracking numbers if you can believe it.

I've literally lost count how many times AMT has said they are shipping and not a single miner was actually sent out.
Has anybody else who paid with Bitcoin joined or started a lawsuit? I'm afraid I have no legal recourse since I paid with Bitcoin.

AMT (and BFL) could shut up their critics by posting their full order book on their website: just one line for each order, with Order number, Date payment received, Date unit was shipped. If enough customers confirm their respective entries, everybody would trust the list.

AMT: I have not received a tracking number, can you tell us what order #ranges were shipped, and what are the scheduled order #s and when they should be expected to ship?

Now, now everyone, AMT is simply saying they shipped out 30. Doesn't mean they shipped out miners or what type of miners. They could have a donut shop and could be shipping out 30 donuts a day for all we know
He's bullshitting, they are just trying to buy some time..you will never get nothing from them..till court decides!
