so..all you have to do is to search every part of the project and analyze them as well as use your intuition.. after you find one you like.. check what the team looks like.. ask questions.. check if founders know their project by heart and they can answer logical questions...
It is not all about the team you idiot. What you are saying here is The ICO, while the people want to learn more about altcoins, not just only ICO. Therefore, you need to give them more advice in this issue, not only about ICOs. And I just want to say that ICOs are trash. There are too many ICOs and I think that they are not reliable anymore

95% of ICO are scams so dont lose your time on them. So be careful and take your time analysing the dev's planing and ambitions.

Actually we can not know the devs and project are scammer or trusted, just when this project completed crowdsale and work in a time, you will know this project is trusted or scammer. If easily to know a project is scam or not, there is no one lossed its money to those scammer projects.

Hi there, I'm new to altcoins. Anyone has some usefull tips? Or a strategy that worked for you? Smiley

Hey there, welcome bro. Actually there is no strategy out here upon dealing with altcoins or with bitcoin itself. Don't make it that very complicated, and follow the general rule "sell high or buy low". Then next for the decision making, your decisions will be depending upon from your researches, studies and observations if the price is low enough to buy or high enough to sell. So make sure that you are doing enough research for your altcoin because you might end up doing some wrong decisions. So there is it! Goodluck.

P.S. don't mind the chat box from some trading sites. You might fall for those guys who are hyping shit coins. Grin

If you are new I would advise to research coins/projects that seem interesting to you and learn the basics of chart patterns. The alt coin market trends can be very informative and having at least a basic understanding of market cycles can help you not buy in at the top of a market cycle. Saying that, start off investing with small amounts, which will give you "skin in the game" and engage you to follow trends, keep up with the news of the project and not allow you to lose too much if it takes a downturn. After you feel comfortable with this, increase your positions as desired.

good suggestion for you: develop your account and join altcoins campaigns, you will be able to understand how altcoins world. Good luck Smiley
this is a great advice. Not all of them have campaigns open at this moment.
If you feel like investing in some stabilished and not so expensive coins search Stratis, nem, golem or waves. Some others are good too. My advice is to go with stratis. Do you due diligence first anyway.
I'm newbie too, so thanks for your advice, try to do this.

Hi there, I'm new to altcoins. Anyone has some usefull tips? Or a strategy that worked for you? Smiley

Here is my advice that will prove to be very useful to you because I was once a newbie myself. Avoid entertaining your emotions when you decide to buy or sell your altcoins. Simply said, it means do not panic when your altcoins turn less than half as when you bought them. Do not sell with a loss.
If you want to take interest in altcoin and you want to do trading then you need to get enough knowledge about altcoin then you start trading and be careful whenever you are selling or buying then you need to control you emotions.
