It seems SEC will count all ICO tokens as securities and then most probably court will decide whether that's security or not, but if SKRP will be considered as security what will be next? Just in case, is that too bad?

This, most likely, is explained by the specifics of this "exchange". Yoshit is one of the worst places to list new coins and tokens, just a garbage heap for shitcoins, pumps and dumps. We need good news from the team about the development of the project and more serious cryptoexchanges.

I am wandering what is happening to SKRP token on Yobit today. It was traded at the level of almost 0.0002 (everyone was buying) and then it dumped 0.000002 (everyone started to sell). Any ideas?

I guess this is good thing, it will give more exposure to Skraps. I do not have an account there, and do not plan to have one. I will just hold some longer time until price is in a better position and the exchanger is one I use.
