and thank you too cygan: the good thing is that it was a short topic and your effort translating it wasn't a big waste.

Let me now what you think about it and if there is no objection I'll add it to the list in a few days.

a very good find regarding this thread which is very interesting for newbies but also for users who might want to get into trading.

I finished it (Turkish)

Thank you mindrust, and thank you too cygan: the good thing is that it was a short topic and your effort translating it wasn't a big waste. I also overlooked that it was already translated into German, although you're right that it was logical in retrospect.

I have added the topic to the list of translations in progress and I will translate it into Spanish myself tomorrow.

AoBTers, I would like to suggest a new topic to translate: 1miau's Trade vs. HODL - avoid traps. I think that it is short, east to translate, and can be helpful for many newbies who want to make money fast and are not well aware about the risks of trading. In addition, it has already been translated into a couple of languages.

Let me now what you think about it and if there is no objection I'll add it to the list in a few days.

Thanks for applying Nalain420. Let us discuss about it and we'll let you know the answer soon. I can see that you have little experience, but 116 merits in 120 days is a very good ratio, congratulations!

I usually translate post I find  informative and help full to my local board and I have translated some important post you can find here on these links.

TRADE VS HODL, make we avoid wahala.

Everything wey you wan know about ES Volcano Bond but dey fear to ask

Thank you Haychy, this can help. We'll let you know something soon.

On the other hand, it saddens me to see that this year there won't be any pumpkin carving contest. If we had known earlier we could have organized it ourselves, but at this point I think that a week is not enough time.

really too bad, i was already asked at home when i would like to carve my pumpkin again. in any case, it is now too short notice to still call such a contest into being... Tongue
we would have managed it in any case, if we had the info
well, too bad - next year then!🎃

Me too, it's more than a week that I purchased it and it's ready to be carved (and in Spain there is no tradition to do that, I was going to do it specifically for the forum...). It doesn't make sense to carve it just for me. Well, I suppose that I'll have to eat it before it rots. Luckily I like the flavour, and it's also healthy Cheesy

Hey Hatchy, thanks for applying. I have checked your last posts but I can't see other languages apart from English.
I'm from Nigeria, and you can find many of my post here on my post history https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;threads;u=3546931;sa=showPosts

i stumbled across an interesting topic today, which has already been created by @CryptopreneurBrainboss in 2019 and has also already been translated into two other languages (indonesian & filipino).
the thread is called: [Guide] Factors to consider before joining paid signature campaigns. and it is about various points and factors that should be considered by any applicant before he submits his application in a signature campaign
it would be very helpful that this very important topic is now translated by all aobt members into the respective languages. i personally will now start the german and then the polish translation Wink

Thank you cygan, it is a very interesting topic, indeed. After a few days it seems that nobody has anything to object, and merits speak for themselves, so I'm adding it to our list of ongoing translations Smiley.

We should (me the first!) focus on this one and also give 1miau's topic a push.

On the other hand, it saddens me to see that this year there won't be any pumpkin carving contest. If we had known earlier we could have organized it ourselves, but at this point I think that a week is not enough time.

Hey Porf, please be aware that an Urdu translation has been provided for Campaign to improve posting quality for local boards. The translation was made by someone which is not part of AOBT -- HONDACD125 -- but I believe it can be mentioned in our topic. The Urdu translation can be found here: پوسٹ کے معیار کو بڑھانے کے لیے مہمات.

I hope that this will give more courage to others to try to work on this translation.

Thank you Gazeta, translation added to the list. I wrote URD in the link, if it is preferable to use PAK or a different abbreviation let me know and I'll correct it.

It is indeed very difficult to stay up to date with the translations, maybe it would also work like this, the creator of the original post announces the change here in the thread and in the second post after the translations the latest version date is added at the end?

At the end, for example, "last change on 16.10.2023".

That's very helpful and it's good to remember it from time to time.

Letting us know here when changes have been done saves us from having to continuously check for updates, and it can be done by the original topic's OP, any member of the Alliance who notices it, or any member of the forum in general.

About the "last change", however, I don't think it is necessary, because anyone can easily see the date of last edition on top of the post. But it can be a good way to highlight that changes have been made.

If there is interest I have created two threads/translations (the second is still being finalised) for use to buy common cryptocurrencys without a KYC requirement and the use of a BTCs mixer.

German Translations:

[ANN] eXch Exchange Tausche direkt ohne KYC BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20
[ANN & Anleitung] Webmixer.io - Maximale Anonymität 📌 Gebühren 1 - 5‰
