I have just finished the first translation of the Bitcoin Pizza Day contest into Spanish. Only 12 days left to participate! The post is very short, let's share it ASAP in our locals for further visibility and a greater participation.

i have also finished my two translations about the pizza competition:

german: 🍕 Bitcoin Pizza Tag auf Bitcointalk
polish: 🍕 Bitcoin Pizza Dzień na Bitcointalk

good luck to all those who would like to take part 🍕 Cool

Hello @ Porfirii, I won't be able to translate the post to my local board, as someone else has done that even before the announcement. But you can add the link to our Ann as PID translation i don't think it matters, does it? So long there's a pidgin translation for the pizza contest. Wink
Here's the link to her translation 🍕 Bitcoin Pizza Day on Bitcointalk [PID]

I still have to translate @ LearnBitcoin's thread so let me stick with that for now. Kudos

Hello friends,

I hope you are all well  Cool

I completed the translation into Portuguese of: [Education] Bitcoin Privacy and Anonymity

Portuguese translation (link): [Didático] Privacidade e anonimato do Bitcoin

Thank you r_victory! this is great because we can now move it to the list of finished translations. It took us a long time to finish it, but it is quite reasonable because it is by far the longest and most difficult translation so far. Your effort deserves some merits I don't have right now, but I won't forget to spend the next ones on it.

Small update guys: [Eng: Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message (Linux Only) is now translated in French:  [Tutoriel] PGP - Chiffrer/Déchiffrer un message (Linux)  Smiley

icopress just announced this year's edition of Pizza Baking Contest (and the prizes are very attractive Smiley).

As a consequence, I was thinking if we could add this topic to our translation list, for helping in making it more popular. The submission phase lasts until June 1 so it would be nice to make this translation (if it will accepted by the group) before that date.

Working on it Smiley

At same time I wish to congratulate DrBeer and zasad@ for the 3, respective 1 translation they provided for our 2 topics in progress.

I also received some news from r_victory regarding the translation of Husna's topic. He told me it is in progress but he still has work to do on it... In any case, the good news is that that translation is in progress too!

About icopress' contest, everybody agreed to translate last year's, so it will be great if we do it again with this edition too. I will add it to the list. If the submission phase ends on June 1 we have little time left, so please, let's prioritize this translation.

Also, I will edit the OP with the latest changes in our Hall Of Fame. Please, update your OPs also in the respective local boards. I will check them in a few days and write a PM with a reminder to those who have not updated it.

Guys, as most of you should already know, our friends Ale88 and Baofeng are leaving the Alliance.

I publicly thank you for your interest in joining the AoBT in the first place, and the good communication we have always had: it's always a pleasure to deal with people as reasonable and kind as you two.

I wish you the best and I hope we keep seeing each other in this beautiful forum.

I have finally updated the OP with mindrust's images. They fit perfectly and they get automatically updated, which is GREAT! Big thanks  Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

I am glad it helped. I uploaded the new images to github. I will keep it updated every now and then. Also fixed r_victory's spacing. It looks more natural now.

I have edited the code and it seems that it doesn't show the extra codes anymore. Try to copy-paste it in a new thread and let's see if it works Wink

I can't understand why they were added in the first place, but sometimes you know... some cached data perhaps? fingers crossed.
....

Fingers crossed it's amazing magic, always works !  Grin

That helped, can delete the "big" post, thanks !

There is a [ code ] that shouldn't be there in the last link you shared. The other two translations are right IMO. I've never experienced that problem, as I translate in the browser directly.

The problem is that I completely clear the text, in the browser, paste "as text" the prepared translated text, save...and I see that a [ code ] block has appeared. If I try to isolate it with [ / code ] - before the first [ code ] appears, by itself, another ! I hope this bug will disappear when I move it to the main branches

I've posted it for preview, as there are some surprising problems with text formatting. When saving text that is typed in the post editor, the system automatically adds a [ code ] tag..... Has anyone encountered this ?

Hey! zasad@, thank you!! I have just added your translation to the list.

I hope other AoBTers value your efforts too.

OP update: Baofeng has relinquished the Filipino main translator position to Peanutswar, who accepted the promotion. No need to update the OP in locals yet, since further changes are expected by the end of the week.
