Next season Manchester United will be different from previous seasons. I release this with myself as a Manchester United fan.
Amorim already knows what should be done to reshape Manchester United. We also welcome the rumors that several players who have filled the line up in the previous seasons will be released.

Marcus Rashford is not included in Amorim's plans. Antony is also not included including several other names.
This is a courage I think to rebuild the foundation of Manchester United.
No one can deny that, Amorim arrival is expected to bring about major changes to their performance. Several players have started to be put on the sales list and will be replaced with several new players who suit the team's needs. Regarding Rashford, the situation is clear, he is in a situation similar to what Osimhen experienced at Napoli. His future with Man United is over, he must immediately find a new adventure with another club to save his career.
It was a little confusing when Ruud van Nistelrooy became Manchester United's interim coach. At that time Manchester United had obtained the target as dreamed of by many fans and at that time Manchester United's management was looking for a permanent coach until finally the choice fell on Amorim. Of course when many expectations are expected of him, it is something natural.

There are still 4 more days for Week 21 games to begin. The interval for the next games has been quite long because of EFL Cup and FA Cup games meanwhile also.

I see Manchester City having an away game vs Brentford. After winning 2 games in a row Guardiola's club look stronger. I liked their effort in the last one too. I guess I will seriously think of adding their win into my parlay after a while.  Grin

As for Chelsea... I'm really disappointed with them lately.  Sad  They couldn't win for 4 weeks straight. What's happening? I hope to see a win against Bournemouth in their next game. I want to see them in the Champions League finally.

Indeed, it is necessary to have a bolder decision if Amorim really has a plan to form a better team for Manchester United. Although the squad overhaul will spend a lot of budget, but if the results will be good, why not. Because to improve the team's performance in a hurry as  is happening now, of course it will be difficult  to get the results as expected. Therefore, if Manchester United really gives full support to Amorim, then next season we should see Manchester United with many new faces which of course are very much expected  to give good results too.

As for Manchester United performance, I think Armorim Amorim is on the mission to make changes in the club and by next season he could do something better.

I salute your commitment and optimism as a Manchester United fan at the moment, because so far I have seen many Manchester United fans who have forgotten and hidden from their identity as Red Devils fans when their team is down Cheesy, so far we not yet seen much improvement in Red Devils performance but Amorim seems to be starting has find their main problem at the moment,  so I think the second season will be a better season for Manchester United if they still stay in the Premier League next season Grin, they actually have a lot of quality players in their squad, but it looks like Amorim will completely overhaul the team to only retain players who fit his criteria next season.

De Bruyne's injury still impacting club's performance. He often contributed a lot when he's fit. The club being so clueless when he was not playing as they have no good break line passer other than him. Despite often missed the games, but he still contributes to the club.
De Bruyne has been an important player for Manchester City for long, he is among the key players Manchester City depends on whenever they are in need of goals, and his contribution when he is fit is even more better than any other player playing in his position in the whole Premier League; that is why even if Pep Guardiola is saying that they can do without him, I do believe some times, but when they face big opponents, they struggle to create chances.
It is so unfortunate that his injury has had such an impact on his performance and the team’s performance because he happens to be one of the key figures in the team. Soon he will leave the club I think Pep Guardiola is gearing up for life without Kelvin De Bryune. Good thing they are finally finding their pace again with back to back victories including victory against Westham in their last outing, hopefully the start of their journey to recovery.

That's for you that's not a Liverpool fan.  Grin
Every Liverpool fan will want the gap to be increased as much as possible. They will want them to run away with the league if possible because if they don't any little mistake can make them lose the league.
Liverpool is 6 points ahead with a game in hand, so i doubt they will bottle the league though. I don't think they will drop form so much that another team will overthrow them from the first position.

Yeah you got me there.  Tongue  Probably Liverpool fans got a little worried after the last 2 results they got in the Premier League - EFL Cup combined. But like I said, only a little.

Because they don't need to be that sad about it as they still hold a big advantage in the league. Salah's huge performance must be enough to keep them confident.

Quote
If it was Manchester City that was in the position of Arsenal and Liverpool was just 6 points ahead of them then I maybe that they can catch up with them, but Arsenal cant. In fact, I belive instead of Arsenal to catch up, Liverpool will extend the gap even further because Arsenal will drop more points.

Manchester City have it in them to catch up in that case really. I don't mean this season but normally I would agree. For this season, they must continue without point loss. Otherwise they wouldn't have any realistic chance. It depends on what the teams between will do meanwhile too though. It is like mission impossible.  Grin  But if somehow Guardiola makes it to the title, I assume it would be a record-breaking comeback.

I don't understand why West Ham appointed a manager who has a bad record in previous EPL coaching (when he was Brighton and Chelsea manager) West Ham should have appointed a manager who has a good record to restore their performance if they appointed a manager who is not much different why change managers when currently West Ham is really in a worse condition than last season and I doubt Graham Potter can handle a club that is in a slump.
No, he previously had a brilliant record at Brighton and could even lift Brighton to the main competition and even become a dark horse club starting from the Potter era but indeed a mistake he made was moving to Chelsea which made a very good image disappear because of his poor performance at Chelsea.

Actually it is not wrong for West Ham to glance at Potter because even though at Chelsea it was a failure but to make an ordinary club change for the better maybe Potter can still be used as an option to training and this is another opportunity for Potter to prove himself that he can still be a good coach even though he has previously failed at a big club.
Indeed, this will be a gamble especially since West Ham's current condition is not very good but I think to lift a little position owned by West Ham Potter will still be able to do that at the end of the season.

Liverpool are not slowly getting weaker in the Premier League but they are slowly becoming a stronger team, perhaps you can clearly understand that if you look at their performances in recent times. Many people have discussed the match in which Liverpool drew against Manchester United And they think Liverpool are getting weaker. In fact, no team can win all the matches in football, Maybe that's not even possible. According to the statistics of that match between Liverpool and Manchester United, Liverpool performed well, yet they unexpectedly drew the match against Manchester United. Everyone may be surprised to see a match between Liverpool and Tottenham today, because Liverpool lost 1-0 to Tottenham in that match. That match was the semi-final match of the EFL Cup.
Their last match against Manchester United actually opposed your opinion because Liverpool actually did not play optimally like they are know for. I know you may argue that Manchester United got better in that match but I don't think that is a good justification for such conclusion even though Manchester United indeed played with high spirit. Liverpool that we know would have won that match comfortably well but their performance was indeed below expectations. If not of hard luck, United would have won that match because they had more chances at scoring and even made more effort than Liverpool in that match. Let us see how they will perform in their next match against Nottingham Forest.
I am sure that they will go back to playing well again, they are not a team who could lose their "way" that easily because they are not playing some complicated game, plus their defense is pretty solid and I am sure they will do fine with that as well. VVD plays amazing defense and has shown why Liverpool should resign him, I am sure they will do fine and we will not see this all that commonly.

Premier league is of course a very competitive league and we could of course see teams do differently and have some different results and all that but I am not sure if we are going to see anyone competing against Liverpool, that seems like it is not going to be that common and probably won't happen because it doesn't look like anyone else plays as well as they are playing right now. This is why I believe that Liverpool will be the eventual champions and said that before.

Yesterday it was reported that West Ham have decided to part ways with Spanish manager Julen Lopetegui for because of his poor results at the club side the start of the season and immediately replaced him with former Chelsea manager Graham Potter. I saw Potter's performance when he was at Brighton but I also saw his performance as a Chelsea manager and if we should go by his performance with the last club he managed, I strongly doubt he'll help West Ham get back to winning ways again. Hopefully for West Ham, the English mam brings back the magical tactics  we saw at Brighton to help his current club get back to winning ways again

He's good at Brighton, but flop in Chelsea. He has good stats when managing medium tier club, and why are you doubting it? He has also experience in the Premier League. I think it's reasonable to believe Potter will deliver for Westham.

Are you thinking Westham to repeat the same mistake to gamble with the coach with no PL experience? They have realized they have to found someone who can fit them well, and Potter is the answer.

i had already predicted that these two games are going to be a very tricky one for them and when i saw the two results, i was not even surprised at all
In the match that Manchester United drew against Liverpool, they performed much better in that match than in other previous matches. Moreover, we sometimes see that Manchester United are able to suddenly perform well against very strong teams. Similarly they have been able to perform well against strong teams like Liverpool.

Manchester United has been consistently underperforming this season in the Premier League so it is natural for everyone to think that this team might not be able to win any match very easily, but the team is slowly changing i.e. their style of play is changing. If they can keep up their performance in every match like the strong performance they showed against Liverpool then maybe they can continue their winning streak.
Manchester United were improving their record but after winning a few matches they lost their record followed by a draw which included the match against Liverpool.  Despite Liverpool recent performance and strong record they could only manage a draw against Manchester United.  This is Liverpool weakness as they are losing or drawing in the upcoming matches which is weakening them.We are interested to see this, but they should continue which will be beneficial for them and will keep them strong in the title.  But the way they are playing is also good because they are weakening strong teams, as is happening with Liverpool.

If it weakens strong teams and starts winning matches, it can strengthen itself because a few months ago it used to be very strong and a favorite of many people, but now it is very weak.  People like it but are also happy that they are strengthening and improving themselves.

We hope that Manchester United team get better next season because that’s what we were saying towards the end of last season where Ten Hag was their manager.

Fans are always patient because most of these fans are true fans that has been with the club for long, they have dedicated themselves to the team and decided to stay and support the team through good and bad, but everybody will be hoping for good.
Fans can only hope that Man United can perform better than in previous seasons, but their steps are still stuck at the same point, until now their performance has not improved even though they have changed coaches. A major breakthrough needs to be made in order to achieve a change. Management must let Amorim form his squad as he wishes to make it easier to formulate the strategy that he has been using while still handling Sporting CP.

The fans are the 12th player when they are playing, so their expectations must be met with positive results achieved in every match. The January transfer window should be used as Man United's initial breakthrough in building its squad in the Amorim era.

Missing important pivot between him and Rodri gave City lots of impact, yet they won't stuck in the same place forever. I believe Pep has found solution over this.

This is also De Bruyne's last season in City.

No permanent solution yet, they are just trying to recover from their poor performance as Pep has realized that he has to improvise if he really want his job.
With Rodri and De Bruyne all fit, Manchester City can never be in this current position, which simply means that the team depend on them. If City can sign some good players in their positions, they can do well again and fight for the title.

City will actually sign new players in this winter window. I know some names already identified, and some talks are still ongoing. They have to get quality backups for De Bruyne and Rodri. Their creativity has declined drastically since they missed some key players.

The sad thing is that City is not extending De Bruyne's contract, and he has to leave in the summer window. We can expect City gets overhauled once again by Pep.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅

De Bruyne was injured for a long time and he newly started to play for long amount of time in the Premier League. But he is getting old and it is normal to see his performance getting worse in time. Maybe you can give Salah as an example against it this season. However not every big player at his age is showing that big performance in those times as well. De Bruyne is going to leave Manchester City this summer if he doesn't get a contract extension soon. I think his next team might be in Saudi Arabia as they would be eager to bring a star like him. Smiley
KDB's absence from Manchester City's squad had a very bad impact on the team. We saw consistent decline in performance but his presence after the injury gave City some relief from poor performance. But I hope his recovery won't be temprol due to his age.

Saudi league is gradually becoming a retirement plan for legends. When they have played all their energetic life for glory and fame then they move to Saudi Arabia where they can play with less competition and earn more. It's a nice investment in all. KDB has laboured for glory and shouldn't accept extension of contract. He should just work his way to Saudi where he can play a lesson stressful game

Losing the first leg of the Carabao Cup tie to Newcastle United was heartbreaking, the fact that Arsenal conceded two goals makes me sick to my stomach. For the first time in a while Arsenal are actually putting interest in going for the league cup and they are already two goals deficit to a team who are good defensively and better with counter attacks, how does Arsenal get three goals against a team low blocking. I think it will be difficult to get back in this competition with the second leg only left to play.
Yeah, Arsenal must work hard to reverse the situation. Besides the imbalance of players, Arsenal must face a unique situation where the squad is unaccustomed with a new ball on carabao cup. The tournament now is uses a ball that made by Puma, not Nike anymore, when I heard Arteta said on conference, the ball is more floating than usual, that make the player look hard to control a ball and and is always off target with passing and shoot on goal.

I think the squad must start familiarizing that ball if they still want to continue to the final cup because is impossible to replace the ball with their wishes.

I agree with you totally, Arsenal isn't a team that can be trusted with the responsibility of catching up with a team, its even bad that even if you replace Arsenal with Liverpool at the top now, come March, Arsenal won't be at the top again, lol its really that bad for that team called Arsenal.

Most times we refer to Arsenal as an elephant whenever they are at the top of the table, nobody knows how an elephant got to the tree top but everyone knows that sooner or later, that elephant on the tree top will still fall down. That's Arsenal for you, it's their fans i pity most of the time, cause how can you be supporting such a big team for ages without a tangible trophy to show for it.
Anyone that has anything to say against Arsenal is free to say so because I have already given up on them. Last season I thought it was their time to shine but the wasted all the opportunities which was what happened season before last. But they are very unfortunate this season not to be in the great form that they were in last two seasons and last season. In fact it seems that Arsenal became tired as if they have won the title recently, not knowing that they were still supposed to be fighting tooth and nail especially now that Pep Guardiola is not in good form.

Despite the fact that Manchester City is far behind in the title race, I will still tip Manchester City to be the club to contest with Liverpool instead of Arsenal this season. However if Saka will be back in time, Arsenal can also comfortably contest for the title.

It was also a bit humiliating to lose at home, but, in Arsenal's defence, they dominated with 70% possession and almost three times more shots on goal than Newcastle. But, at the end of the day, it's the goals that count.
Anyhow, the bookies do not give them much chances to qualify for the final. The odds for that to happen are x4.80, odds for Newcastle: x1.16. This says a lot.
Although 0-2 is not impossible to come back from, the fact that they'll be playing away and that Newcastle is on fire with seven wins in a row will make it close to impossible.
