But then, coming to their coming game with Aston Villa, I will agree that BTTS is a more appropriate bet to go for. It's hard, almost impossible to tell which of this sides will win the match as not clubs are not in their best form this season, so "both team to score" seems more likely the winning bet here, I'm possibly going to try this one.

I used to always bet on Real Madrid and Manchester City in previous seasons as well but after losing a couple of matches earlier this season I have refrained from betting on these two teams for the time being. Initially I thought the two teams would do well and bet on them with more chances to win but they have dropped points in some easy matches and that has affected our bets. Real Madrid is trying to come back from a bad performance but Manchester City has not shown the kind of performance so far that we can say that Manchester City will come back. For now, without betting on Manchester City, you should watch their games, if they can perform well again, they can be considered bad.

I don't understand why bookmakers prefer Manchester City over their opponents, even if they are going to lose the match. Manchester City were given more chances against Juventus in the Champions League, but they lost without scoring a goal. In a similar way in the Premier League against Manchester United, Manchester City was given @1.60 odds, I expected another defeat for the United side, but the match ended with a shocking result. I don't know, I was really hoping that City would bounce back much sooner, but instead they keep losing. So I'm excluding them from all my bets until they get back on track, until I see the old City on the pitch who are ready to score and win.

So far they look like a normal team, they don't press or create, it seems like they are tired and just want to rest. But all teams are on equal terms, and there is still more than half of the season ahead, so no matter how difficult it is for them, they need to find strength and start winning.

Yeah I actually wanted to wait for a longer time period to say that about Manchester City. Because of having a brilliant squad and manager like Guardiola. However I also agree from now on.

There is an attracting game ahead like Tottenham - Liverpool as well. Liverpool are just so much stronger than them at the moment. Maybe there is some drop in their form but I don't think this will change things too much. When it comes to head-to-heads, they are way ahead too. They have 1.74 odds for the win. I think it is worth the risk to bet on it. Wink

Even though they have clear performance problems, it's not like they are losing every game. Let's not forget they defeated Nottm Forest quite easily 3-0 and Forest are doing better in the league than Villa. Villa will definitely be a tough team to play against and that is at Villa too, City will be going there, so I am assuming if they keep this momentum going, Villa game should be a loss for them, wouldn't really be a shocking thing to lose to Villa after losing to so many teams to be fair, I can't say I would be shocked at all.

I am aware that we are talking about something that is getting a bit wilder, but that doesn't mean that we are going to see the same result over and over again, it is going to be quite different and this is one of those times, we can't really make it work that easily. Obviously things are a little different and we could have something larger going on as well, but City is just not going to win any game easily anymore.

The possibility of both team scoring is very high. The only question should be, can Manchester city really score? Hahaha, it's funny how Manchester City is likely going to face another humiliation this coming week end. Everyone knows that Aston Villa is a threat to any team in the English Premier League As long as Emry Can is concerned. Last season it was this same Aston Villa that deprived Arsenal the opportunity to win the league and they won so many top teams. This time around, the aura of Manchester city is reduced. So, any team can get a good result from them.
I have always said that big teams winning is not always as a result if their good playing, but the fear other teams for them. Hence that fear is gone and every team begins to play you like an ordinary team, you could just be lossing. That is the case of Manchester city now.
