Yes. Using smart contracts to drive token movement automates the process, and removes the need to trust a single party with the funds. Blockchain and smart contracts together will manage and implement features on our platform involving:

• Identity of user (tenant / landlord);
• Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering;
• Reputation;
• All activity that modifies the smart contract based identity profile;
• All agreements by parties; and
• All activity that drives token movement;

Each party will have their own identity private key / wallet, stored in their mobile device and secured using biometrics, and any user activity that is driven through the smart contract will be initiated / approved using the identity wallet as immutable proof of consent.

As a tenant you can search the properties, send messages, e-sign the agreement and pay rent online for free. The only fee required is the application fee.

Read an article about BERRY. I have a question regarding the security deposit. If a tenant provides 500 tokens at the price of $0.1 during the time of the agreement, then will he/she get back 500 tokens after the end of lease or amount of tokens calculated depending on the current price?

I wonder the same how will Rentberry lunach their service worldwide. I believe they will have tie ups in every county including small and large rental business service holders or else it won't be possible for them setting up office in every region. We have to wait to see what they have planned for it in future !
