France ended up winning after all, so the weekend is off to a good start.

In the French 14 I have Toulon, Castres, Lyon, Montpellier, Toulouse, Vannes and Stade Francais kicking off in the next few hours and overnight.

I have $24 in USDT I picked up a while ago. The only problem is it's ETH, so I haven't done anything with it due to the gas fees.

If you prefer to make it on the Tron network I can move it sideways?

Either way, LMK.

Shall I hold the wagers again?

I haven't had a look at Scotland to see how they'll fare, but my money is definitely on Australia for the win!

I wonder when the Wallabies will go up against the Irish team? We should have another small eager when that occurs.

From memory the English and Irish Lions are coming down under at some stage for some friendly competitions.

Ireland v Australia - that is literally the last match of the season - next Saturday.
Yes lets have a wager for next week, I'm feeling confident....

British and Irish Lions are heading your way next year for a series of matches against
your clubs and the Wallabies - https://www.lionsrugby.com/2025-fixtures/

Week 4 of the AI series kicking off tonight with France v Argentina - Argentina
have the quality to win tonight but its a tough one.

I have Ireland, South Africa and Australia to win this weekend but not on a parlay

Timelord you are great for the Parlay's - nice one but I am definitely not that adventurous, I rarely
do Parlay's anymore.

Australia are going very well indeed, its a massive turnaround from a miserable championship. Given
that their Autumn campaign is all win so far they should be getting the attention back home they
deserve. They should beat Scotland also. I wonder is it the case that Joe Schmidt has been coaching
in Europe for 12 years and with the Irish International team for 7 of them he is quite familiar with
the scene here and that he is able to make a greater impact with his team?

Australia beat Wales convincingly and I'm pleased to say that I did well with my parlay thanks to them. Australian media have been gushing over the win with the news only being overshadowed by the fall from grace of a shock-jock former coach of the Wallabies (and former school teacher). Wales are at ($9) against South Africa ($1.04) while even shorter odds see Italy ($17) take on New Zealand ($1.01) - I often wonder when odds get that short, does anyone really put money on given you'd only get $10 back on a thousand dollar wager? 🤔

This weekend Australia ($2.10) faces down Scotland ($1.68) - in other internationals, France ($1.20) are more heavily favoured to beat Argentina ($4.20) while England and Japan are going on the field for some exercise and team building.

The match of the weekend looks now to have been France v New Zealand, two
big scores but France came out on top 30 - 29. If I had bet on that match it wouldnt
have been comfortable viewing.

Australia are on a roll, another massive win against Wales 20 - 59. Scotland up
next for them. Scotland beat Portugal 59-21.

South Africa didnt have it all their own way but they beat England 20-29 as expected.

Well I wouldnt blame you for not betting on Australia v England, very few expected
them to win, all of a sudden they are hot property so I too have them to beat Wales.

I also have South Africa to beat England.

France are favourite @ 1.66 to beat New Zealand but I"m skipping that, it could go
either way. NZ are 2.20 to win!

The only other bet I had on was Ireland to win - OMG that was close 22-19. Another
poor match by Ireland...and Argentina. We had a not too bad first half, they had a better
second half with the potential to win in the last play of the match until they knocked
the ball on with 5m from our try line -stressful watching

My money's on Ireland, South Africa, France and Australia over Argentina ($4.80) England ($3.10) New Zealand ($$2.15) and Wales ($2.80) respectively. I learned my lesson last week not backing Australia, this weekend I'm backing them.

In France's Pro D2, I'm going with

Colomiers, Aurillac, Grenoble, Brive (could be Nice) Valence Romans, Biarritz and Dax.

Timelord, I bet on Ireland too!

I'd be gob-smacked if you hadn't 😱

Week 3 of the Autumn Internationals kicking off this evening with

Ireland v Argentina - obviously Ireland are favourites, 1.20 - 4.50. Argentina seem to
have improved this season but I'm not sure they are going to live with Ireland today.
Ireland need to get back to winning after the loss last week. Argentina are capable
if they can do all the right things.

Tomorrow:

Two massive matches

England v South Africa - I expect SA to bully England
France v New Zealand - If France are on form and NZ play like last week against Ireland
France will win.

no need for the shame, everything was pointing at am England win. Australia are playing here after
the back of only 1 win in the Rugby Championship so they were not favoured to win but OMG that
was a massive win and by the score looks to have been a massive game. nice one!

Delighted for Argentina although I would have been happy if Italy won too. Italy wont be happy
with that scoreline!

Massive win for France as expected but for Japan not to score is not great.

Romania are a decent side, Rugby is quite popular here and its also great to see Portugal  compete
against USA, that was a close match also.

Timelord, I bet on Ireland too!

I hang my head in shame - my money was on England. The morning radio has been walk to wall with how "our" Wallabies valiantly won in overtime. Yesterday, there was no mention of the game even being on. One of Australia's many faults is it's quick to claim the winning team but shuns them if they look like loosing. (Worse still Australian's are quick to howl for the captain's head if they don't perform - Cricketing Captain Kim Huges in the late 1980's is the textbook example.

Argentina won too as did New Zealand (I actually bet on Ireland 🥺)

Favourites Tonga lost against Romania as did Portugal bettered by USA

Other games yet to play, South Africa vs Scotland, Wales vs Fiji,

Bit of an upset last night! and something which I eluded to during the week, the
dreaded upset happened, Ireland 13 - 23 New Zealand.

From an Ireland point of view it was a very frustrating game to watch, while NZ were
not in top form themselves, Ireland failed to take the win. It was an error laiden
game on both sides but NZ looked more match ready, Ireland looked rusty.

England v Australia coming up next Timelord. I would like to see the Wallabies show
some improvement but today its a big ask against a strong England team.

I love hearing stories such as those - I wonder if the Irish born captain originally hailed from the Munster region?

Have seen Japan is yet another national team playing this weekend?

I'm mot sure how the decision came about for the touring New Zealand team to play
Munster back in 1905 came about. Interestingly though the captain of the All Blacks
that first year was an Irish born man! The fixture isnt an annual one, they have played each
other regularly but only 10 times.

I'm going with all the favourites this coming weekend.although I can see possibly
2 upsets, Ireland to lose against NZ (very slight chance) and Wales to lose to Fiji.
Although I do see the Welsh clubs as improving hopefully this transpires into
the national team.

Bit of a traditional fixture, Munster v New Zealand XV but it went the way of the southerners
again 24 - 38. It was a close match but New Zealand put more distance between the two
late in the game when Munster were worn out! Munster have only beaten the All Blacks
once! way back in 1978!

New Zealand v England also went the way of the All Blacks in a very tight match
22 - 24.

Scotland piled on the points 57 - 17, that was always on the cards.

6 matches coming up next weekend. Teams to watch out for as regards Performances

Wales, Italy and Argentina.

I nearly missed these:

Saracens, Bedford Blues ($1.85 - 37.5+)  Gloucester, London Scottish ($1.85 29.5+), Ampthill ($1.85 28.5+) over Bath.

Wales Women vs English Women.

And Munster Vs New Zealand XV

(Am only putting a couple of dollars on these games - hopefully it might draw more people into the tread - am thinking @Welsh and some one time visitors)

Wow Timelord, that is some amount of bets! I wouldnt be doing anything
near that amount.

I will be doing a few on the Internationals for this coming weekend, thats
about It!

1.56 on New Zealand to beat England is a great price, hard to pass that. The other
match is Scotland v Fiji byt the odds are shocking for Scotland 1.06. Cant see fiji
causing an upset @ 8.06.
