In our university, All Engineering students have no uniforms and it is not require to use uniforms but in others courses in our university, they all required to wear uniforms because their reason is to become the students formal physically. Like for Accounting students, I.T students, Vets, Nurses etc... Professors always allow them to wear formal attires and uniforms.

Some uniforms are boring but it helps in having a sense of belonging in the school and teaches discipline to how one should act or conduct at different places. It also represent equality among the students who having to wear the same uniforms.

it helps to follow the discipline and representation of their school and it also helps others to recognize them.
I am in favor of school uniform in this way students can boast on their new dresses which some cannot buy. Also this we can noticed students who cut classes.
i like wearing school uniform cause i can wear the same shirt for a week without anyone noticing.
I think the uniform is not a necessity. but what about Thailand where in college still wearing a uniform? 
some school didn't require to wear uniforms... but others do. Why? because it is the way of identifying students in a place, from where school are they,.

They are intended to be boring. Else the kids will spend too much time in showing off their flashy clothes. If everyone is wearing similar dress, then it will reduce unwanted attention and jealousy. Anyway, students should focus more on their studies, rather than on their clothes. Don't you think so?
For me , school uniform are not necessary in order to study. Education needs a good educator so that students can be good in their studies. School uniforms doesn't make sense at all in studying. It only applies in some schools because they want that all of their students are good in appearance. Most of the school need to required their school uniform to symbolize the name of school and as honor to the school.it is better to use school uniform and its nice to see when they are both they same clothes..and if they are not using school uniform you cant recognize which school they from or you may not able to know whether they are student of that school or not because no school uniform,so that means even civilian student can enter that school without knowing the guard,and the bad effect of that is you may not know if there is a trouble in that school you dont know who to blame, Is uniform really necessary to students? I really loved the school uniform. This makes it possible to consolidate students. Students become one family. But the form kills the individuality of the student. It should be a compromise

Well with uniform there is a form equality amongst the students, so there is nobody wearing some expensive clothes while the rest wearing lower standard clothing. Also there is discipline created in the student.
I believe school uniforms are important as they reduce the stress of the parents by deciding what to wear.
One the one hand i tkink it's necessary at school to wear a uniform because thanks to them, all students are on the same level of equality. The students can't show them clothes brands for prove that they are rich and humiliated the poor people. At the same time, it's nasty because all people are different and with a uniform they can't express themselfs and show them personality.

As a student I think it yes because wearing school uniform ,can contribute positively students bahavior it also feel more confident than ordinary clothes when you goto school .aside from that it promote the positive way and culture ..

I liked wearing school uniforms back when i was still a grade school and high school simply because it saved me the burden of choosing on what dress i would wear for that particular day and to me it was economical since i dont have to buy a lot of dress to wear daily.
I think that shcool uniform is unnecessary wastage of money, it makes profit for tailors but I dont think teenagers and thair parents are happy to face such dress limitations. I also dont want people to be same, I beleive it is unnormal boredom. I would like to see how people express themselves.

School uniform is important because it represent the school you are enrolled and it look very good to see children wearing school uniforms and it is easy to distinguished from out of school youth in the place.
I don't care whether it represents the school or not. But uniform must be mandatory. Else, the students will dress in whatever way they like and sometimes it can cause a great deal of discomfort to the school-teachers and the other students.
