Paying taxes is never a problem, they welcome you... but to "trade cryptocurrency in Serbia"... that's a different story. Most (serious) exchanges have blacklisted Serbia. Good luck!
Nope. You provide false information. Serbia is allowed in all exchanges, especially on serious exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Cex.io, Huobi, Bitstamp etc... I use it for a long time.
Hi guys! Who can advise? How to pay taxes in Serbia if I am not a citizen but want to live and trade cryptocurrency in Serbia. Can I open a company? Who knows good accountants who can help me with this?
Here is a new law that regulates taxes on earnings from trading with cryptocurrencies. as far as I understood it will be around 15% of the profit from trading.
Yes, you can open a company, though I’m not sure how good that is if you will have only that one activity, crypto trading. Taxes and government costs will not take you money, it is quite complicated and you will spend a lot of your time on administration.
If you are serious about this move, I can find some bookkeeping agencies which (I guess) can explain to you all what you need.
