By buying 1 Bitcoin alone we will get a big profit, but too high a price of 1 Bitcoin makes some people turn to Altcoin, one of them is Ethereum. If we buy 1 Ethereum now, with the market conditions that climbed up it will get a big enough profit. I think you should buy Ethereum.
Is buying ETH currently a good idea, or should I be going with Bitcoin?
From its price of all time high for about $1000 + then it is pretty good to buy it while it was so cheap now.
my advice you can divide your capital half buy bitcoin and the other half buy ethereum, market is up trend this is time to buy both coins
I think it's a coin flip. ETH could go as high as $2k, especially if they introduce a coin cap. BTC being BTC though could still outperform it.

both eth and bitcoin is good to invest with, its up to you if what will you choose. or you can divide your money, 50 percent for ethereum, and 50 percent for bitcoin. then sell it when the prices goes up.
Depends what you want to get from them they are pretty similar for me, bitcoin now its like digital gold, good for long hodl 
We can earn profit both of them, but if I going to choose one of them maybe I choose ethereum, you can earn x3 profit if you hold for long term, it could be this year you can earn x3 profit so buy ethereum now.
Buy as much as you can. This is the best option for long-term investment. You will not find better. Except that bitcoin will take over your mind.
Yes, it's a good idea to buy an ETH. And BTC is also a good coin. I would share the investment between these coins. I think this is the best option.

Buying both coins is the best since both have high potential in the market. Bitcoin is the highest value while eth the next. Well if you are interested in altcoins than ETH should be your first choice of an altcoin to buy into. Also rememeber to not limit yourself, there is no law that says that you have to invest in a single altcoin, look into other coins, research them and invest in them. Don't put all your eggs in one basket but make sure to buy some ETH too as you go.

It`s a good investment. Ethereum has much better technology than Bitcoin, yet it is being traded at a much lower price.
