I would love to place an order.
I can pay you in coins or paypal. Not with a bank order. My bank does not send orders to China.
I placed an order Order ID:   0012019120301067 Please apply the credit of 1139 usd to it.
the order was 1518.94 - 1139 = 379.94 Please adjust the invoice to 379.94 and I will pay that for the s17 pro.

Best Regards,

Philip AXXXXXX

and the order did not take the money off since it was done in btc.

As I can pay in any coin  or paypal

but not with a bank account.

That's odd from Carol to say if you specifically asked for refund but as I do not know what you wrote to them, she may have just given you that option and tried to persuade you to go for it instead of refund.

If you specifically asked for refund. I would answer with something in lines of: "(As of now,) I am unable to make USD transfer orders. Thank you for understanding." or "I would rather have my credit refunded. Thank you in advance".

That should work.

If it does not. Ask for another staff in a new ticket. Bella is awful in my opinion and Carol is awesome, it's hard for me to believe that she would push you too far to give up on refund.

The reply I got when asking for refund in btc with wallet address:

Please contact us you need use the credit in your new USD order, then we will transfer it for you.

I guess I simply got a rep who was not very competent, bacause I was told NO (to refund).
It's OK, I got a "free' miner instead.

Sure, good luck, but strategically, i think that it is better to get credit instead (if you got power).
I think that you can first apply coupon, then credit, which would be awesomely low price in your case, I assume.
Refund might happen later.
Personally, i was told: no refund, just credit (since I posted btc order initially) since refunds are only possible for USD orders.

i paid via btc and am receiving a refund in BTC - at least that is what they said... but it takes 3-4 weeks to process. its hasnt been 2 yet so I have a while to wait still...

If you have a 30% coupon ($175, for example) you can apply it, then apply your credit. It should cover it then, right?
I am talking about $871 jan order T17 (42Th). Better this than wasting it, since 42th is not too powerful of PSU.

I would take a credit but I do not have the ability to buy with a bank order. I can pay them btc ltc eth bch or PayPal.

How do you know that you can't combine them?
You are most likely right, but it is not in their "rules" at the first look.
They actually say that you can have more than one "order coupon" applied to order.
Perhaps the 10% coupons have some exceptions to this rule, though.

You can't combine the 10% and 30% coupons in a single order. I had to place two orders and used all my 30% coupons in one and some of my 10% coupons in the second. I spread my credit across the two orders.

I am thinking or doing the following:

I still got some $120 credit or so, so I think of trying to put in an order, then apply 10% order coupon ($175), then apply 30% order coupon ($172 or something), then try to apply credit.

We shall see. It is risky because if coupons fail, then I'm out hundreds of $.
In any case, does anyone know if 56Th S17Pro is coming from China or Malaysia?

Hello Moparminingllc,

Thanks for your consultation!

Sorry sir, since the refund process for received payment is completed and will be delivered to different departments, so the time is little bit long, thanks for your understanding.

Usually it can be completed within 3-4 weeks since we need to seek for approval from our management team and then deliver the file to our finance team, please wait patiently, thanks.

Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.

Best regards,
Carol

I just placed the order through my account choosing USD wire for payment method...

I second this.
Finally, I understood what they meant after few goings in between.

1. You need to find out how much your credit is. For me, it turned out to be the sum of two invoices difference for S17e and T17e orders.
They told me the $ value of credit exactly once I said that I would like to receive credit for a new order. However, instead of giving me credit (which i expected), they first told me just how much it is.
2. Then, you put in an USD order (now it is only the wire visible), choose the wire method, click submit. This would generate the new order number and an automatic email.
3. Then, you should send another message to Bitmain rep saying to apply your credit to a specific order number (generated).
4. They would apply credit to it in a few hours, which is OK since wire orders have 48hr of allowed time for payment.
5. Status would change to PAID.

Having said that, my credit fully covered the payment. I am not sure what to do if only part of the payment is covered.
I guess that you would have to wire the difference, which is a hassle.
I am short on time right now, maybe will post the tx screenshot later, but it is essentially the same as described above.

EDIT: the 53Th is gone, replaced by 56th spot pro. I wonder if 56Th would also come from Malaysia. It's a risk worth about $500-600.

My host came through for me, so credit for my S17 order that has not shipped yet (12/11-12/20 batch) was applied to my order and will ship from Malaysia with their bulk order. I just placed the order through my account choosing USD wire for payment method and then gave the order# to my host so he could have his Bitmain contact apply my credit and include with his order.

I placed this order last week and the order had actually expired yesterday because I did not upload proof of payment. This morning it was changed from expired to unshipped.

I'd guess that if anyone with credit from a pre-order places an order, chooses USD wire for payment, and then opens a support ticket requesting the credit be applied to the order it will eventually get done.
