8 or 9 times out of 10 Liverpool will beat Southampton. You can never be totally certain though, football is played on a pitch, not on paper.
We only lost 1 game in the PL so far this season and it was directly after an international break (to Nottingham Forest). So coming back from an international break can potentially disrupt rhythm.
I do not expect there to be any disruption in rhythm, but I am hoping that maybe the players take their eye off the ball a little with a tough schedule ahead involving Madrid (H), City (H), Newcastle (A) and a derby match against Everton (A). Southampton looks like an easy win to set up the momentum for these matches, but that can sometimes make the team complacent and this will be the 1 out of 10.
If I had a gun to my head, I would say Liverpool win but who knows. Arsenal should beat Forest, surely they have to start slipping up soon. Chris Wood is not Haaland, surely his purple patch will be over. I think Man City will win too to be honest.
He may not be Haaland but he is a seasoned striker, wish we had one of those.
I think so too, Liverpool should get an easy win but as for Arsenal and City, I think they have a better chance of drawing them winning. Tottenham will be coming all out for city, the mentality will be that they have won them before this season so they can do it again.
But that was not at the Etihad and with their last performance I will not have high hopes for Tottenham.
The level of peak fooling in the club is absurd; from their legends to current players, there is just one training section with Amorim, and all of the players are already acting as if all they had with ETH was for nothing, sharing pictures as if they had never had a decent training section in years.
Maybe they actually had not, maybe his energy was off-putting, maybe he was more concerned with his ego than the team, maybe they were never in support of ostracizing players, maybe Amorim really has been a breath of fresh air these past days.
Maybe if all the players all have something in common, the one man is the one in the wrong.
