It has been an okay week for me,,, I honestly do not know how to get better scores. Got a exact ones with 1-0 but lose out on many because of last goals and lucky goals. Do not forget to make Everton pick tonight!

Yes to slaman, I bet on football but if you see my predictions you know I lose money. I can win on spurs games but the odds are not really good so I have to win 2 times to make 1 losing bet equal. And if you see, they are in this pattern of win 2 or 3 times and lose 1. So frustrating!

@slaman - I bet, yes. I don’t bet with my bitcoin these days though, I use a fiat bookies.

This weekend I picked 4 games in an accumulator/parlay with BTTS (all 8 teams had to score).
I lost by 1 goal damn it Cheesy

Congrats on a great weekend in the pool btw.

Chelsea leading 1-0 at half time from one hell of a strike from Kante? Unusual for him to score like that.
You can thank Sarri for that, he's been playing Kante in a more offensive role leaving the "creative/denfesive midfilder" role to someone like Jorginho, who's more used to that role since his days in Napoli. Still though, that was a great shot from Kante, who would've thought that one of the best defensive midfielders in the world could also score some nice goals?

It's always nice to have someone like that in the team. I remember when he played for Leicester he barely ever scored, and in fact would barely every take the shot, and would look to find a team mate instead even when any other player would of taken the shot. Chelsea did fantastically well, and I've come across a few salty City fans since Smiley

I saw the replay and he was actually using almost his sidefoot to shoot, so not such a striker's shot, on maybe 1 out of 5 shots the ball would be too high and out or maybe easy to save, but no doubt nice goal and nicer assist. The Leicester team that won the league was fantastic and N'golo never stopped being the guy who takes out the most attacks. His interception is so crazy plus his speed to do it even though he is short, just amazing. In fact his interception is like 3 seconds before anything happens if you see he is running all the way up, anticipating a cutback before anybody realizes.

He played not to his level in the game actually, gave away 3 or 4 dribbles too easily, but this is football. You can play not so good and still win with clinical strikes.

Wolverhampton scored 94th minute goal to give me 3 full points, I'm surprised not many other people predicted them to win, they just beat Chelsea the same scoreline:) Very happy with my week in the end. You know if you look at tipsters even on the forum, our pool are doing better than most of them. Do all of you bet?

I was in 4th place after the 3pm games yesterday, managed to get back into 2nd by predicting Chelsea would beat Man City. I don’t think many of us thought Chelsea would win.

slaman got an exact score on the Leicester vs Spurs game though he’s extended his lead a little.

Here’s the top 10 -

Note: A nice make up pro tip at the bottom of my screenshot to help all you older women look younger Grin Cheesy

I thought I had a flying start, and it was just the same last week, really good start, but I seem to do badly on the Sunday games.

Than this should be your week by all means. You must be happy it is only one game in Premier league Sunday Schedule Smiley Damn it is going to be boring Sunday.

Bastard slaman29 getting a correct result again and has taken the top spot. Glad I changed my result. Was going to go for a 1-1 draw but changed it to 2-1 at the last minute. 1 point is better than zero.

^  Where do you play fantasy football?  Hilarious made a league but I played it for only a couple of weeks or so.  It's no fun when there's no money on the line.

I'm not a big fan of it, even if there's money on the line. Too much effort involved. I haven't bothered with it since the first couple of weeks and just let it run with the squad I had.

Gone with the Skybet price boost of Man United, West Ham, and Arsenal today. All those teams should win comfortably, but if United lose to or even draw to bottom of the table Fulham he probably should go. Only game I'll be watching today is the Chelsea/City match. Have the game down as a draw currently but I'm tempted to back the City win.

Thanks for the recognition. I thought I had a flying start, and it was just the same last week, really good start, but I seem to do badly on the Sunday games.

And I'm so hitting myself in the head. I asked Chelsea to win and hoped that they would, but then I predicted what I thought was logical, which is City to of course win.

Redeemed myself with 2-0 Spurs win, so I guess it's not too bad.

You won the Skybet games, very good. Close games at Arsenal and West Ham, what was the payout?

Even though I've been critical of some of Liverpool's performances recently they are the only team in the top flight to not have lost a game with Man City losing today. I had a funny feeling Chelsea would turn things upside down after their poor performance mid week. Man City looked fairly good up until the goal which was sort of against the run of the play, but the 2nd half Chelsea dominated no doubt. Pedro, Hazard, and David Luiz impressed today.

If my avatar was a hat, I'd be eating it right now.

My choice is Kane and Salah as VC.

Kane not on the field to start. I suspect he might get to rest the whole game if Spurs are dominating, or come on shortly after half time if it's still 0-0. He's unlikely to get a hat-trick so hopefully for you he stays on the bench, otherwise you are might be looking at a 2 pointer captain.

Liverpool go top this weekend after City lose 2-0 to Chelsea.

Congrats to you. As much as I hate Chelsea for screwing up my predictions, I'm glad to see City get beat and lose the top spot.

I’m in 3rd place as I type this, Leicester vs Spurs about to start.

Chelsea leading 1-0 at half time from one hell of a strike from Kante? Unusual for him to score like that. I think a draw is looking more likely than ever now as Man City will look to hit back, but Chelsea have looked fairly decent defending except a few times when Man City just sliced through them with their one touch precision football.

I may have got my prediction wrong, but a hat-trick from my captained Salah is great news for my Fantasy Football team. Grin

Congrats on having the guts to give Salah the band. My choice is Kane and Salah as VC. Now I don't know which would be better for me Kane playing or not playing tonight Smiley

But it was a good kick in the right direction for me as well. I am 4th in my league and first three don't have Salah in the team so I am hoping for great week.

On the official site - https://fantasy.premierleague.com

I'm in a handful of leagues - one with a group of friends, one with a different group of friends, and one with work colleagues. The work one is just for bragging rights around the department, but both friends ones have some cold hard cash on the line. I know you guys had started a league at the start of the season, but since I've played Fantasy Football for years with people I know in real life, my account is registered with my real name which would have been revealed to everyone in the league had I joined. And it's not worth the wife aggro I would get if I spent even more time trying to manage two teams (especially after hilarious talked me in to signing up to both Superbru leagues Grin).

Well, I had predicted that Bournemouth might have been able to score one in their game with Liverpool, but I didn't count on it being an own goal, and I also didn't expect it to be such an amazing own goal. Cook might be having the worst game of his life, but that finish would have been up there with Ronaldo if it had been in the right goal, haha. https://streamja.com/4EMw

^  Yeah, Hazard had his bad moments with Mou but he won an EPL trophy and the League Cup under him tho.  So it can't really be all that bad imo.

@Welsh you ain't crazy, I know Chelsea stuttered but perhaps it is best they did earlier rather than later. City had a nervy win against Watford, and remember it was Wolves that also almost shattered City's unbeaten streak so early on in the season. Sarri, being the usual pragmatic nicotine addict that he is, did the exact right thing by blaming his team's complacency but I still half feel he's deliberately set the expectations so low.

For the top teams, Sarri and Pep know the most dangerous thing is to rest on their laurels. Blips are okay, every team has them. But to lose respect for your opponents? That's a huge mistake and they both know it.

@LFC I'm looking forward to this pressure cooker of a month. Liverpool must win this (well, really they must win everything until 3rd Jan at least!) so we can sit atop the table for a few hours... City's depth is just obscene really so there's no point in hoping individuals don't play, but I'm hoping they play their best against Chelsea and still lose. Smart bet's on them at over 2/1, but I took a Chelsea win at just under 4/1. I have a rare moment alone at home for 1 hour too so I can watch at least first half all by myself without real life interrupting me.

Also, you're half a point off 1st place, but I'm doing my best to slice through the ranks and maybe target top 10 by end of December. It would take a miracle to be in top 4 in the same time frame, so the optimistic aim is to be able to sniff at them, to borrow from Mourinho's repertoire. And meanwhile, try and break 20 points to get into top 5 highest weeklies.

@mic I've always seen Hazard as the idiot savant of this generation. Sublime when on form, atrocious when he wakes up on wrong side of bed. It's always puzzled me when reading how he enjoyed Mourinho's management, though. Cause he was at his worst under Mou. Italian steel I think suits him better than Portuguese mind games.

Will be chucking my predictions in later tonight. I'm fancying tomorrow as there's a few interesting games. What's your guys input on the Chelsea vs Man city game? I'm thinking Chelsea might just get a point even though they've dropped off their form recently. I think Man City struggled a little more than we are used to seeing during the week, and I think a draw is worth a shot to reap some points back :p

Or am I completely crazy, and just desperate at this point?

Not crazy at all, Man City dropped points twice this season against Liverpool & Wolves. I don’t see why it’s unrealistic for them to drop points away to Chelsea. Stamford Bridge is a really tough place to go, not many teams win there.

If this game was played few weeks ago I would have backed Chelsea to get at least a draw. At that time City still had to think about Champions Leagues and would probably save few of the players (even that doesen't help much since they incredible squad depth) and Chelsea was playing well.

Maybe it would be more precise to say that Hazard was playing extremely well. In my mind Chelsea is a one guy team and they can only do well against top teams when Hazard is on his 100%. He doesn't look as sharp to me after coming back from the injury. When you add to that constant rumors of Hazard going to Real Madrid, I think the best Chelsea performances of this season are behind them. At this point they have to sell Hazard or make him sign a new contract. If they sell him, they need to bring some new attacking power to the club during winter transfer window. Otherwise I see them battling Bournemouth, Everton and Man Utd for last Europa league places.
