Afghanistan A team played a very good game in final and they beated their opponent Sri Lanka A team. In group A, Afghanistan team lost only one game and they won 2 other games and they beated by Hong Kong team but they beated their strong opponent like Indian A team and Sri Lanka A team. Really this was the biggest achievement of Afghanistan A team and they deserve this achievement. Afghanistan A team effort in bowling was brilliant and they bowled out all wickets of Sri Lanka A team for 133 runs target in 20 overs by 7 wickets. Sri Lanka team did not succeed to make pressure to Afghanistan A batsman and they gave a easy and small runs target. Afghanistan A team lost 3 wickets and they chased down all runs in 18.1 overs and this was easy win. Afghanistan A team is the winner of this series ACC Men's T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup and Afghanistan A team is a strong team in T20 and they really played excellent in entire series.

Yes Afghanistan excellent bowling performance especially from AM Ghazanfar and Bilal Sami led to their win over Sri Lanka A. Ghazanfar took 2 wickets and Sami took 3 wickets this made it difficult for Sri Lanka A batsmen to score. And you are right Sri Lanka A deserves credit for not giving up. They were struggling at 15/4 but managed to score 130 runs showing their determination and team spirit. Sri Lanka A batting struggled but Afghanistan spin bowling was too strong. Sri Lanka A found it hard to handle the spin which exposed their batting weaknesses. Afghanistan has some very talented young players and their national team future looks promising. Congratulations to them on their well deserved victory.

One can make a fair amount of assessment of emerging Asia Cup results but one thing is for sure. Afghanistan are minting spinners like candies, it's daunting to witness that they have so many quality spinners on the bench and I dare to say that in T-20 cricket or to some extent ODI they have the best spin reserve in the world.

Sri Lankan cricket also showing an uptrend nowadays. Good for subcontinent cricket and it will spice things up in the Asia Cup.

Afghanistan are looking in a huury to win this match. First they were able to restrict Sri Lanka A to 133 runs and now they are making some fast runs, already made 43 runs in 6 overs and lost a wicket of Zubaid Akbari. The required run rate is little over 6 and it seems that would chase it easily. These days my bets are going wrong as i have made a bet on Srilanka in this match.

The chances for Sri Lanka are very low in this match. If they are able to get rid of 2 or 3 quick wickets then we never know if the Sri Lanka A team become under pressure but still a small partnership will be enough to get them over the line. SriLanka A did bat well and if they lose, it will be because of their poor batting

Yeap, I wasn't really expecting this result. I thought before the start of the match that the Indian team will win the semi-final and participate in the final, although I was confused about the results of the Sri Lankan and Pakistan teams, but both the results of the matches were against the expectations.
Anyway, talking about today's match, in today's match I think Afghanistan A team will definitely win because Sri Lanka have given only 134 runs target to Afghanistan team which was really a easy target in t20 format matches. Once again Afghanistani bowlers showed that they have still the best bowlers also.

Afghanistan are looking in a huury to win this match. First they were able to restrict Sri Lanka A to 133 runs and now they are making some fast runs, already made 43 runs in 6 overs and lost a wicket of Zubaid Akbari. The required run rate is little over 6 and it seems that would chase it easily. These days my bets are going wrong as i have made a bet on Srilanka in this match.

The chances for Sri Lanka are very low in this match. If they are able to get rid of 2 or 3 quick wickets then we never know if the Sri Lanka A team become under pressure but still a small partnership will be enough to get them over the line. Afghanistan team already showed their bowling skills to restrict Sri Lanka team to 133 runs in 20 overs. Now it is to be seen whether Afghanistan's batting can maintain their consistency or not.
