I am a woman who works selling clothes and has a side job as a bounty hunter. From morning to night, I was in the clothing store and the evening I was on the internet to make posts and content articles to get a stake in the bounty program. to the end, I fell ill and was hospitalized. the doctor said that I was too tired at work so suggested to take a break in a few weeks.

for those of you who are still active in making this forum post, take care of your health so you don't get sick. give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. If necessary, take vitamins that increase stamina so that you stay healthy while hunting for the stake.

It's so exactly that i'm busy at school and at the same time posting here. I do not have enought sleep, i felt sick but i didn't take care of it much because i think i can handle it. But tired people is prone to sick. So i will take care very much in my health so that my earning here will not go in hospital bills

Actually, we people always know that health is very important, but not everyone spends time to exercise and this is terrible.
You know, health represents number 1. Money, work and other things are zero.
That means, having health you will have everything (EX: 1000000 ...). And without health, everything that precedes number 1 is meaningless.

There was a time when I worked for 8 hours at the company and came home with bounty programs. I work until 1am every day. I was seriously depressed. Now, everything has been resolved. I decided to quit the company and work fulltime with bounty programs.
are you sure you made the right  decision man?Bounty for living?does your family is well sustained from your bounty rewards?specially this days that almost every bounty are scams?

For those that want to work crazy hours - I cant express how important hydration is. I sometimes work 18-19 hour days (not all the time!) and for a while I really struggled. A friend whos a nurse who often works similar shifts gave me a tip of hydration.

Once I kept up consistent hydration it helped my focus and I could last it. I keep a water bottle with me at all times and make it my priority to make that part of my body and routine.

Although I am still tired at the end - I dont have huge fatigue hangovers the next day.
Yes you can work but continuous doing of that work everyday will give long lasting side effects so work if it is necessary not to make money because once we fell sick no boss will take care of us.

First of all, thank you for this good advice, and I am glad that you have good health now, As you mentioned, you are doing all your energy in the morning and at night to work, In my opinion, selling clothes is better than the bounty work, Bounty profits are not permanent and depend on luck and you may not get anything if you participated in scam or a failed project, you can work on the Internet one to two hours a day after you take enough rest and eat your daily meals.

"Health is wealth" remember that.

Wherever you go, work or travel always bring your bottled water. Because it will help you for so many occasions, whether you are hungry as long as you have water while doing your tasks, you can survive temporarily. Avoid working too much, we're not getting any younger. I know for family people, you have to work that much even overnight or overtime but please, take care of yourselves.

that is bad to hear mate,because our body and mind is not a robot and we need total rest.

there is no wrong in doing everything to earn but not to the extent that our health as at stake.it is too expensive to have a sickness nowadays and your earning will only comes to nothing if we are hospitalized.

so never do this again and always see you doctor to know your health conditions,Keep healthy mate and work only for 8-10 hrs a day.

Don't force yourself to make posts because it is not only for your health it also make this forum to be a spam.

Take a break and make the time table for yourself then make posts at the allocated time.
and besides Bounty now are almost scams for sure he only risk her time and health for nothing.

I have been able to manage my health with those below. Hope they work for others.

In summary:

— Don't do what you don't like.

— Try fruit fasting every morning.

— Watch what you eat or Eat healthy. If possible follow the Jewish dietary rule in its natural form. I think the dietary rule is called Kosher/Kashrut foods (I am not really sure). https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/what-is-kosher You can apply the Jewish dietary rules to you local healthy foods.

— Drink lots of warm water in gulp, mixed with fruit juice that has lots of sour, acidic taste. plus green tea. The water has to be a little above warm.

yes, I'm too busy chasing after material so that I forget my health.

at least now you have learn what is good and better mate.

have a 6-8 hours sleep at night,take at least 1 or 2 hours break in working time and exercise regularly 15 mins a day,and eat healthy foods.

from that you can keep track on your schedules and may earn enough to sustain life.

these forum bounties are pennys a minute not even minimum wage.
why even bother risking your health for pennies
you might as well get a proper job and use that money and just buy btc if you want a stake in it.
