Regularly replenish VC every day, drink plenty of water and eat fruits. If you don’t have time to work overtime, please get more sleep. It is not recommended to exercise or get more sleep when tired.

Water and eating habits does make lot of difference. Regular drinking of water atleast 2 liters minimum in a day is required and any of your favorite fruits once a day should be eaten. Though having mix bowl of fruits daily is recommended but many wouldn't like all fruits. Also, avoid eating junk foods which just add too much toxic in our body and not helpful.
